I wish i could rate this a 4 maybe even 5 but it seems every time we come there's just always something else that happens. I don't mind the price, coming and spending over $200 is not a huge deal but when half the games are down makes me feel like my money went straight in the garbage. also your 11$ salad can suck it. read more

Love to celebrate my kids' birthdays here,this place is a blast. had a birthday party here, and we had so much fun dancing with Chuck-e-Cheese. we hit that boogie woogie like there was no tomorrow's the soda was bubble, so that was a plus would definitely go again. staff was amazing. read more

Pizza is decent and the place has a good amount of room for parties. The problem with this place is it's kind of run down. The games are old and some don't work. The skee balls look like they've been put through a garbage disposal. Stop being cheap and update your equipment. Going to quake makes you realize how bad this place is. read more

The time it takes to get a pizza and a side order sucks here even if there were teens in the kitchen you had better believe that a adult supervision should have been in there making sure that the orders were flowing out of there in a appropriate time ... Poor service..I really dislike there "Point system" . Wouldn't it made more sense it was just timed? I went into this location. The door greeter was great . I went to the counter . Go glance over at the buffet 7.99 all you can eat lunch buffet was a joke .. go see for yourself if you dont believe me . I opted out to not eat and just get a card to let my two little girls ride some rides. Some of the rides were not operational..bummer.. after going on the limited rides as much as they could . I went to play games for them to get tickets so they can pick a prize. After playing 2 claw games ...my POINTS were up I went to the counter and the gal said ..well you said points. I told her I was there for not even 15 minutes and that's it . 10 dollars in 15 minutes ..wow.. and she responded well do you want to add more points ? I was like what are points and what are minutes isnt it the same thing ..she said NO . I told her how displease I was with their system ..and SHE AGREED AND HAD A SMIRK ON HER FACE WITH EYE ROLLS. Before that , we went there for a bday party a while back it was jammed packed on the weekends and while my kids waited in line to play a game ..MINUTES were running out..due to heavy long line waits...you can go freeze your time ..meaning you get out of line and loose your spot .... Extremely occupied during COVID most weren't wearing masks. Games all busted. No one to help. Not worth the money or time.

First of all online it says they're closed at 9pm. I was in the area so I stopped by to check and saw people in the parking lot so I checked and they were still open. The lady in the front with black long hair gave us a death stare when we asked if they were still open. At this point it was 9:30 which means the store wasn't closed actually until 10PM, so online was a lie. We were still allowed to be inside til 10. Nobody greeted us or talked to us they all had headphones on and all the chairs were on the tables. Everyone had a bad attitude. If the store isn't even closed yet you would think they'd still act as if they were working. They also didn't check my daughter or my stamp before we left the establishment so anyone could have left with her. This place sucks!! read more

We went on a Wednesday and apparently it is all you can play for $14.99. The cashier failed to offer us that deal. So instead of paying $14.99 times 3, we ended up spending way more than we should've. Manager didn't help with that problem. He said the customer is suppose to mention it. So let's just let us spend more money than we needed to and be grumpy customers. Least he could've done was refund some of our money back and honored the price for all you can play. read more

We went on to celebrate one of our kiddos birthdays. My oldest sons cell phone fell out of his pocket at the car driving game. Someone picked it up while he was playing the game and of course figured it was their phone now, turned off the ringer and walked out of the building. Manager wouldn't help with any part of the theft. The establishment is full of punks walking around looking for cards left on the ground, credit in machines and anything that might offer them a free ride on anothers dime. Watch your pockets! This place was a disaster I got invited to a birthday party as you walk in you have a line of people at the front ordering their food so you have to squeeze your way past them..On the Birthday menu They have a sandwich platter so I went up to order and the girl at the counter told me they didn't have it she asked the other cashier and she also didn't know what I was talking about the manager then comes and asks what it is I'm looking for I told him on the menu it says a sandwich platter he then shows the girl where its at ok so then I add 2 all you can eat salads with chicken she hands me the order buzzer thingy and tells me when my order is up it will light up we wait a whole half hour just for the chicken to our salads by that time I'm already full with my second serving 15 minutes after i get the chicken it buzzes again for them to tell me they messed up on the sandwich platter and their redoing it she gives me 2 hard as rocks pieces of sandwiches and some fries so then 20 minutes later I finally get my platter now everyone is full on pizza that came out faster then the sandwiches did they need a better flow system or someone giving these kids direction cuz its just crazy by the time you get your food your 2 hours for the birthday party are about up oh and the girl that was our server for the birthday party didn't have the greatest attitude either she seriously looked like she didn't want to be there major bitch face! read more

The new building and games are fun but the experience is ruined due to the staff. They are unprofessional and unfriendly. I was told salad bar would be ready at 2:15. They didn't have it ready until 3 when our time was over. A women behind me was confused and used a pizza plate for the salad bar and rather than sell her a salad plate the associate was rude to her and threw away her plate in front of her, and other customers. Not one associate smiled at us, they looked miserable and it reflected on our experience. Should seriously consider filtering staff members with new hires that actually enjoy being around customers. read more

Worst birthday experience. We figured with the new building things would be better. Not even close to the truth. Things were shaky from the very start. We arrived and all the tables we set besides ours, well we had plates. Our server asked us what kind of pizza we wanted and said she would be right back. We didn't see her for another 20 minutes. I had called and asked if it was a big deal if kids showed that didn't say they were coming and he said it wasn't an issue at all. We had 2 extras and it literally took her 30 min to get them cups and their game cards. I asked 3 times for at least the cards. She then disappeared again. Shockingly during this time chunky did his whole birthday celebration with all of the kids besides ours because our host never came and got him. When we asked why she said she was too busy getting the dip n dots ready? We were there for a fricking birthday not dip n dots. The my never announced his name or that he was celebrating his birthday. She finally dropped the ice cream and then guess what? Disappeared again! We paid for a piñata to be done. Yep, nope, no time before the next party came rolling in. Then as we were leaving the girl at the door let one of the boys in the party leave with me (different numbers) and my son with another parent. Are you kidding me?! Super disappointed! read more

This has been a TERRIBLE experience. We are here right now. It's a Thursday evening and not busy at all. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza at 6:27. It is now 7:45 and we still have received no pizza I've gone up twice to ask what is going on and the lady said "your buzzer will go off when it goes off" like she was annoyed of ME??? Like excuse me for paying $50 for 1 pizza and 100 tokens and by the time we had already used more than half the tokens, we still hadn't gotten our food. Just terrible service. Boy at the cash register seemed lost and confused. Every time I went to go look for the manager he was nowhere to be found. I would understand if we were here on a busy night but I'm telling you there is NOT ALOT of people in here at all and one tiny birthday going on. Definitely won't be wasting my money on coming back. Tri Cities needs a Dave and Busters! Or something else better than this crap hole. Only good part is the games. Nothing else. read more

As slow as the service is a 2 hour birthday party can almost be over before you get any pizza. For the price you pay it's not worth it.

I've used Chuck E Cheese many times in the past. This was our first time using them at their new location on Rio Grand Ave, they've been open for 8 weeks at that location. I was disappointed because when I arrived, all the other party tables were set except for ours. When they finally started setting up, they only set up for one of the birthday kids. When i asked about the second child, I was told they didn't have the information. When I asked if they wanted to see a copy of my reservation they declined and added the second child. My package included 9 helium balloons, they finally got around to bringing them to our table about 20 minutes before we left. Several games were out of order, many of the ones that were functioning, would not give tickets or were not fully functioning. Food service was slow. Then I was asked if I had my receipt for the deposit I paid. I said, no but it's a required deposit , you wouldn't have reserved the space if I hadn't paid. The response I received was that they couldn't find it. Luckily I had taken a picture of my receipt. At check out, after three employees saw the picture of my receipt, I was told that in the future I needed to make sure I brought the original with me. At this point I expressed how unhappy I was with the service I'd received and that I've never had to show proof that I paid a deposit. I was then told that the deposit is NOT a requirement that this is something corporate just puts on the website. I said, yes but I called here to your specific store and was told that if I didn't pay the deposit you wouldn't hold the spot. He said , well next time just bring the original deposit receipt. I said the deposit receipt for the deposit you don't require?!??! When I went back to my table, the party sitting next to us asked if the service we received was as bad as theirs. Sadly it was. The icing on the cake, when we exited the restaurant, nobody checked my hand stamp or my children, we just walked right out ..... so much for safety. read more
