    a row of arcade machines

This is the first time i ever come to a chuck e cheese and its not crazy full with people..which is great. Only thing is that a lot of the games didn't give out tickets. When asked an employee in the front was told to find someone in the back..nobody in the back. Found someone else and was told they couldn't do anything..that i needed to find someone that was on the floor...needless to say..no tickets. Place was clean and so was the bathroom..which was great since the place didn't smell like a huge dirty diaper!

    This says it all.

No tickets for you! All the token machines were broken. All the game tickets were either jammed or empty, and every single game was set to give *only* 4 prize tickets. All the ticket eaters were out of order. Two floors of games, many broken. There was a huuuuuuge line just to order/get tokens. The kids at the register and prize counter probably act about as well as they get paid. The food was acceptable.

Menu, be ready to wait 10 mins for someone to come out and help you

Was able to sign on the spot waivers with computers that actually worked! Been to other places where pads didn't work properly. Took my boys to jump around since it was my middle son's birthday and Julian was super nice and really helpful. He answered all my questions regarding the upgrade to monthly passes. My teens enjoyed their time jumping and using the arcade on the other side. Clean establishment with all the amount of people running around.

We held our son's 7th birthday party at Sky Zone. There were around 12-15 kids--mostly 2nd graders,…read moreplus siblings were invited. There were also around a half-dozen parents who stayed to watch (the other parents dropped off). Overall, the kids had fun, and it went pretty smoothly (but not flawlessly, as explained below). Here's how it worked: 1. They place a cart with your kid's name on it in the lobby. As guests arrive, they put their shoes (and other belongings they don't need for jumping) on the cart. They also place birthday gifts in this big plastic bag attached to the cart. The cart and everything on it gets wheeled to your party room for later. 2. The guests go to a "Party Check-In" counter (separate from the check-in for general Sky Zone visitors). Your guests say which party they are with and provide their phone number, so the Sky Zone reps can confirm there's a waiver on file for the kid(s). (If the guests forgot to sign the waiver in advance, they will be told to go to the Waiver Counter--a separate counter--to fill out the waiver, before they can go to the Party Check-in counter.) 3. At the Party Check-In counter, your guests get colored wristbands, so the staff knows when they're supposed to be jumping until. If you ordered socks for your guests, this is where they will be given the socks. 4. You will have a dedicated Sky Zone rep who is your party host for the day. We had Kierra, and she was super-nice. The host leads the kids from the lobby into the jumping area. 5. Then the kids jump around. If you have a small group, they might try to keep them together, but for a group of our size, they were just allowed to roam around all the different areas--a dodgeball area, ball and foam pits, swings, balance beams, etc. 6. After the jumping is done, your group will be summoned to your party room. Pizza and drinks will be served, followed by cake (with the requisite candles and singing). 7. Guests depart from the party room. The cart will have been wheeled to the party room, so their shoes (plus whatever other belongings they didn't want to take to the jump area) will be right there for them. 8. Your party host and the Sky Zone team members handle all the clean-up. So when the party is over, you just leave too. 9. We did tip our party host (who said she'd be fine with cash or Zelle). We tipped around 15 percent of the total party cost, and she told us that was VERY generous. You could probably tip $40 to $60 (for a party of our size, around a dozen kids). Some thoughts: 1. We did the Mega VIP package, a three-hour party. We picked a Sunday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., but said on the invitation that jumping would be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and pizza and cake would be served at 4 p.m., with the party officially ending at 4:30 p.m. (even though we had the room until 5 p.m.). 2. For second graders, I think a party of 2.5-3 hours, with 2 hours of jump time, was too long. If I were to do it over again, I'd do a two-hour party, with 1.5 hours of jumping and 30 minutes for pizza and cake. 3. We ordered the pizza through them, and it was totally fine pizza (not bad, not great), pretty normal-sized pies. We brought a cake from our favorite bakery (because the Mega VIP package lets you bring outside food). 4. Overall things went smoothly; the place is a party factory, and they have a set procedure. There were a few minor hiccups: (a) Our guests were initially given the wrong color wristbands, so half an hour into jumping, Sky Zone employees were telling them they had to stop jumping. This was annoying. But Kierra got the right wristbands and tracked down our guests to give them new ones. (b) They provide everything you need--decor, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. But there was a delay while they looked for the candles and another while they looked for a cake cutter. I would've thought it would all be there already. Overall, it's a totally fine venue for a kid's birthday party. In the past, we've hosted birthday parties at home. But this year we wanted to outsource it and make our lives easier, and Sky Zone did the trick. Thanks Sky Zone!

This was our first experience with a place like this for my husband's coworker's daughter's 4th…read morebirthday party this past Saturday. It was allotted for two hours, and seemed to be enough space for 8-9 children to run around. As a safety professional myself, I appreciated that they actually played a safety video for everyone, children and parents included, to watch and take note. The staff were all fairly young, but would have to comment that there isn't much staff walking around and monitoring that children are playing safe and following the rules. Some children were too scared to come down on the inflatable slides, and parents (myself included) had to rescue their child to come down. There was no staff around the several times this took place, which was a little frustrating. The music is LOUD - parents had to almost yell to each other to have any kind of meaningful conversation. You had to talk very closely to get your point across. As another Yelper mentioned, a song would be playing one minute and then silence for another 3, and then a song would pop on. It was very disjointed. The songs were appropriate for the most part, so no complaints there. The music was LOUD, but that didn't bother me as much as the LED strobe lights flashing the whole time - in every room, even the party room for lunch. It's very overstimulating, and seems to be unnecessary since the whole experience is stimulating enough as it is. The play room #1 was much better than #2, where some toys meant for younger children, are clearly very dirty and/or very old and should be replaced. I also didn't understand why when you walk into the establishment, they have charge cards to play games, but when you go into the play rooms for the party, they want cash! What's the point of that? I just spent x-amount of money on a charge card that can only support the 4-5 "play until you win" crane games in the lobby? My son was bummed that I wasn't willing to give him cash to play these games since I had a charge card that was barely used. I will say that they food they offered was decent - the pizza was the right temperature, and they offered several rounds of seconds and thirds to adults and children. Apple juice, iced tea, and sprite were offered, and there was plenty for everyone. The party room was bright, clean, and spacious to have the kids play freeze dance and run around a bit until transitioning to end the party. I am motivated to go back when they have open play hours so we can use up his charge card, and to tire him out!

Have you ever wanted your Princess' s birthday to allow everyone to feel like Royalty? This is the place! I stumbled upon the Instagram page one day and fell in love with the concept and event ideas. They don't just do birthday parties. They also host weekend and week day events to the public, host baby showers and birthdays. I registered my daughter for the Pajama party with Frozen ' s Princess Anna and it was worth every penny and the gas to New Jersey. I think I enjoyed it more than she did. It featured old fashioned popcorn machine, a huge old fashioned movie screen, pastries, arts and crafts ,live entertainment from the character, music with sing along and dance, photos, glitter tattoos and makeup. This was 2 hours of pure Princess Bliss. The talent blew me away! The Anna character had real vocal training. I feel like she was hired from Disney. She was very believable and was convinced she was the real thing. She engaged the children and led the song and dance like a professional. I was also really blown away by how they transformed this 2nd floor space above a bank, into a whimsical princess playland. There's a special room just for gowns for the girls to wear for the party. The attention to detail with the decor and art on the walls stole my heart. We will be back. And we lived happy ever after. THE END.

While it gets pretty busy around 4pm, it's often nearly empty. The fenced playground has wood chips covering the ground with an adjacent paved parking lot that fits about 20 cars, 2 large structures with several slides and climbing or hanging options (one for younger kids and the other for older children), a set of swings for babies, older kids, and children who need full neck support (with a harness and crotch strap), 2 flowers in which kids can sit and spin, and a bouncy structure for sitting with a dinosaur and car theme. A soccer/softball field area sometimes hosts organized games for children but otherwise, can be a great place for babies to experience the feeling of grass under their feet and for toddlers to run around in a big, open space or kick a ball. Since we're usually here for a while, I typically bring some water and snacks for my daughter who enjoys them at some picnic tables in a grassy area nearby. A bathroom's accessible in the nearby Community Center through the parking lot area during the day or through the front doors after hours. With all these features, kids won't want to leave.
