We have been to this trampoline park many times. It has always been a good experience here. Clean, safe for kids, lots of options and places for the kids to play, there's arcade games, food, drinks and more. Altitude recently introduced an entirely new play area which is great for big and little kids. They have also added some WI Sports games with screens and monitors you can play solo or in pairs. The new additions are great. Glad to see they are reinvesting into the business as time goes by. I highly recommend for all family with kids. read more

I don't know what goes on behind the scenes at this place, but the young adults staffing this place seemed miserable and completely out of it. The place is not clean - there was spit out gum on the dodgeball court, but the staff member who was in charge of supervising that particular area was just kinda slumped over for the hour I was there. I dunno man, I get some jobs may suck, but the mix of anger and apathy in the air was palpable. Not sure if this place pays crappy wages and these were the best employees they could attract or something else, but it won't be my problem again as I will not be going back. WORST Birthday Experience -- A Warning to Fellow Parents We celebrated my daughter's birthday party (7-9 PM) at Altitude Trampoline Park and it turned into one of the most disappointing--and frankly disturbing--experiences ever. Please read this before booking your event here: 1. Hidden Charges & Deceptive Practices: We had booked an entire party room. Some of our guests briefly sat on a few unused, empty tables while watching the kids jump--and we were charged $35 per table without any prior notice. This was sprung on us during billing, with zero communication upfront. We ended up paying $95 for 10 minutes of seating that no one told us cost extra. 2. Water Bottles = Extra Fees? They only provide soda. So we brought in a few water bottles for kids--and were told we'd be charged $15 extra for that. Again, no prior warning. 3. Rushed, Rude, and Public Humiliation: At exactly 8:55 PM, just 5 minutes before our booking ended, the manager walked in shouting in front of our guests, started tearing off table covers, and began clearing things without even asking if we still had personal items there. It was shocking, disrespectful, and unnecessary. 4. Called the Police Over a Dispute: When we calmly questioned the unfair charges, instead of discussing it reasonably, they called the police. I ended up paying just to avoid further escalation in front of children and guests. I've filed formal complaints with the BBB and the township mayor's office, and will be contacting their corporate office. My humble request: Please avoid booking this location. It's not just about hidden charges--it's the attitude, the aggression, and the blatant disregard for decency and respect. I felt targeted, humiliated, and frankly, this had shades of racism. I'm not using that word lightly. If you're considering this venue, feel free to message me. I will gladly connect you with over 10 other witnesses who experienced this firsthand. I had my daughter's recent birthday party here and had a pleasant experience. After calling an East Brunswick competitor who I had to almost beg to call me back... I decided to look into other options. Thanks to Yelp, I found that the reviews made me comfy enough to book. I received a call back quickly... the process was easy and the price was almost HALF the price of said competitor for the same amount of kids! I felt as though I'd hit the lottery. Place is a little hard to find.. it's the underground level of the mall center. The only thing I found to be a little challenging was the party check in.. it was confusing, even for me, and it proved to be the same for most of my guests who didn't know where to check in or that they had to go to a different section to sign in to receive socks... so I felt that part was a bit of work for me. I am very disappointed in the new renovations of the Woodbridge Altitude. The trampoline into the blockpit was replaced with a technology focused obstacle course for children. Not only is the implementation of screens a disappointment, but the lack of trampoline into the foam pit left me unsatisfied and likely to find a new establishment to go to. read more

We came her for the first time just to switch it up as we typically go to Sky Zone. It was the best decision ever. We paid $32 for 2 hours of open play and $2 for socks. Not a bad price point. The experience was great! The open concept is awesome and as soon as you walk in there's a check in and off to jumping. There's a side area with tables for parties and a private room in the back for parties. Surprisingly for a Saturday evening/night it was not too crowded. I was worried about that when considering coming here. The check in process was easy since I purchased our tickets online and completed our waivers online as well. All we had to do was check in and pick up our socks. One concern is that the lockers are limited so travel with a small bag with essentials that you don't mind carrying around throughout the night. There's a coat rack in the front by the check in and it is clearly labeled that the facility is not responsible for lost or stolen stuff. Luckily it was warm so we left our jackets in the car. Idk how it is during the colder seasons. There is also a concession stand that sells slurpees, drinks and light snacks. Also they play todays hits overhead. Don't worry It is clean and edited that's a plus too. The place is illuminated with multi colored strobe lights around 6pm until closing. So you can jump, vibe and have fun!! We give this place a thumbs up and we will definitely be returning!! read more

A great place for kids to get some exercise and burn some energy!  Ball pits, trampolines, foam pits,  climbing walls and more!  We had two hours to kill before checking into our hotel and due to time of day we qualified for the "homeschool special" discount.  I asked the kids in the evening what was the best part of their day, and both emphatically exclaimed "Altitude Trampoline"!  I assumed our pre-teens might find this lame, but they loved it.  I had to take off a star for the dirty ladies  restroom.   They sell reasonably priced snacks and drinks . Make sure to bring grip socks or you will have to buy them there.  We will definitely return when in the area. read more

What a terrible experience I had today. My son typically loves to come to altitude on the weekends .. But today one of the leads spoke to him in such a NASTY way. I believe that some of THE workers NEED training on how to redirect, young and small children. I would never recommend another person to come to THIS ESTABLISHMENT again until I am insured and secure THE staff IS AWARE OF how to handle a difficult situation with young children. This place was an excellent choice for my sons 9th birthday party. Their party packages are very affordable and include a lot of extras: For $199 I had 10 jumpers for 2 solid hours, each kid was given jump socks and a cold water bottle. The place was pretty empty on a school Holiday at 12. I'm sure it would've been packed on a Saturday or Sunday. The most important part is the layout. The bounce floor is wide and you can pretty much see everything from the tables by the snack stand. The staff was nothing but accommodating! I was able to bring all my own food for the kids which is great because my Daughter has a food allergy. I opted to bring my own pizza instead of theirs bc of the allergy. (Pro tip: If you live on Staten Island I stopped at Towne Deli and got their $6.95 pies sun thru thurs) this place is AWESOME!! read more

This is a definite step up from Rebounder's and sky zone. More adult friendly with more options, however still tons of kids around and understaffed. Lines were chaotic and confusing. Luckily we bought our tickets online, however you needed to remember your username and password to show the ticket on your phone. Options for adults : 2 dodge ball areas, rotating gauntlet, flying trapeze drop, and foam pit. Only things missing from this trampoline park is a basketball arena. There was one staff member in the one dodge ball area supervising the game and calling people out which was the only organization seen today. The other dodge ball area had no supervision and no balls, requiring us to request for more. A tiny baby was also in the unsupervised dodge ball area today. Not sure why the parents thought that was a good place for them to play. I believe there was more staff in the food area in the whole place. read more

Totally UNSATISFACTORY experience!!!! Sat. Feb. 20th, 2020 we had a table reserved at from 2.30pm to 4.30 pm for our daughter's 2nd birthday. On the way to Altitude we hit traffic on the parkway due to an accident so we call to inform that we were late; they appreciated the call and ensure they would have passed the message along. We get there at around 2.35pm and we are told that we have to sign the waivers for all the participants which, being 10ppl, requires a little bit of time. It's now 3:00pm when we finish the check in with the Party Host (Dyquan) so I ask if they can kindly extend the duration of the party for the 30 mins we wasted between check in and the traffic (I even propose to pay for an extra hour, but my proposal gets denied). Dyquan starts off the conversation in a really unpolite way stating that it was "our decision" to check in half an hour late so there was nothing he could. I calmly explain that the delay is not our fault and his response and attitude does not change, so I ask to speak to his supervisor who is sat next to him and hadn't said a word so far! She keeps the same version of her colleague until I insist and at that point she makes the decision to give us an half an our extra at the table, which means that we would still only jump for only an hour because, in accordance to what she says, she cannot elongate the jumping time (since this was supposed to be a birthday part for kids, I'm not really happy about this decision but sadly accepting her offer is the only thing I can do to be able to enjoy that half hour extra with the kids and friends). It's now around 3:50 and the speakers inform us that the pizzas are ready (I booked 3 pizzas and 3 bottles of soda - one bottle of water per participant is included in the cost of the party)so we leave the trampolines and go towards the table where they have only brought 2 pizzas, 2 bottles and NO WATER. I ask Dyquan why they only have 2 pizzas delivered and, snorting, he walks back to his supervisor. She comes and brings the remainder of the missing stuff and that's when I ask her again if she could postpone cake time by maybe 15/20 minutes so that the kids can enjoy a little bit more the trampolines. She replies saying that it's not feasible, also snorting just like her colleague. I make sure at that point to tell her that she will be getting a bad review. Cakes arrives at 4.20 on the spot. We have our daughter blow off the candles, cut the cake and start eating it and... at 4.30 ON THE SPOT (even if they said they would have given us until 5) our wonderful party host Dyquan comes at the table with his dear broom and dustpan and starts swiping the floor the guest are all still eating the cake, swiping my wife's feet as she walks towards him asking if he could give us a little bit more of time!!!!! at that point I kind of got really upset, I put my self in between Dyquan and my wife and ask him to keep the 6 feet distance from all the people at the table as required by the COVID19 legislations. He stands his feet and decides to keep swiping the floor, making me even more upset. things at this point got pretty heated and that's when I decide to go back to the check-in point to speak to the general manager... he had just left for the day (what a shame, I'm sure I missed him for a couple of seconds!!!). Really frustrated for how they ruined my daughter party, I ask for the general manager name and email and also for their names to make sure I report this and once again Dyquan says :" my name is Dyquan and I'm also going to spell it for you in case you need it" with the clear intent, given the attitude and annoying tone he is speaking to me with, to offend me for my, probably not perfect, English being Italian. I should have probably addressed this right there on the spot but decided not to, to avoid any other discussions in front of all the people present there...I regret it now! MORAL OF THE STORY...my daughter 2nd b-day party totally RUINED by Dyquan and his supervisor!!! Sidenote: table was not booked for any other party for the next hour. read more

I threw my daughters 7th Birthday here two days ago while this place is extremely affordable and clean inside, I must say the Customer Service is lacking. First off the party host are inexperienced and unprofessional. I actually didn't feel like I had a host, items such as water, juice were just dropped off to the table and not even served. I had to go seek out my host multiple times for assistance. Everything seemed so unorganized, specifically the lines to obtain the socks and wrist band were intertwined with the line to buy food. Some of my guest were on line half the party as my host was no where to be found to accommodate them with obtaining a wrist band and socks. I've been here several times with my 2 and 4 year olds, and always have a great time. We also just celebrated a birthday here and it was great! Staff is super helpful (I called about 30 times with questions), they let you bring additional food if you buy their pizzas, they don't charge for non-jumpers, put your cake in the fridge, and really go above and beyond. If you're not going for a party, there are snacks available at the concession stand. I've been here 3 times and the music is always SO GOOD! If you're looking for a fun thing to do with your kids, with your friends, or a fun place to throw a party, check them out!! Horrible customer service at this location!!!!! They need new employees! Came here with my fiancé and his son for a nice enjoyable time. The cashier at the front was extremely RUDE!!!! She was a young hispanic woman. I stepped away to grab my son, when I turned around, I see this young woman clapping with her hands with very aggressive body language and being extremely disrespectful towards my fiancé. When the manager was called, she even raised her voice and was still being disrespectful calling my fiancé a liar and telling her manager to watch the cameras. She caused an entire scene in front of other customers. Customers that witnessed this interaction also came over to sympathize with us and told us they also watched her disrespect another family. Had a birthday party for my son here. The place is nicely laid out. Several fun activities for the kids. I would have given more stars but the service needs improvement. The bathrooms were filthy and the place was not overly crowded. Our party host was nice but very inexperienced and I don't think well trained. He did not serve the pizza but rather put all the slices on plates, wheeled it to our table and left it on the side. The waters were left in the case, we had to open it ourselves and give it out to the kids with the pizza. The same thing with the case of juice boxes we ordered. It was dropped on the table, unopened. Several parents complained so you know they will not be throwing any parties here. I went in this weekend to take the kids jumping as well as get information about my sons bday party coming up. The place was extremely busy and my boys were incredibly anxious to start their jumping, however the girl at the front desk (I believe her name was Vanessa) was so incredibly efficient not to mention patient and sweet. First she rang us up and although there were several people behind me, she still took the time to make sure I understood the packages and said to come back and see her if I had any further questions. I am a director at a local day care and will definitely be referring my parents here and hopefully they deal with the same outstanding customer service that I did that day! On to the trampoline park! Amazing! It was clean, fun and with an incredible variety of things for the kids to do. There were sufficient supervisors watching over the guests as they jumped and all seemed very friendly. Overall the staff of young adults create a clean and fun environment for everyone. Price. I mean who doesn't want a better deal with just about anything? With that being said, the prices are quite competitive and seemingly fair. They do offer packages not only for parties but also for jumping that make it even more attractive. Only thing I'd change is maybe have more food options at the concession stand rather than basic chips and candy. Maybe some pizza, hot dogs or french fries to create the ultimate family experience. My kids got hungry after 2 hours of jumping and we had to dine elsewhere due to the limited selection. And although that would be my only suggestion, I still give this place 5 stars. Fantastic. My kids jumped and played for hours, the facility was clean, the staff was nice and we had a great experience. The only thing they could do better is having a more complete snack bar. He was super helpful and accommodating when he let me trade in my socks from another Jump place for theirs and gave us extra jump time as first time jumpers ! ! But when he thinks he can speak with the workers there with such disrespect it makes me NOT want to come back there anymore! I was very pleasantly surprised by Altitude Trampoline Park. Most of the trampoline parks I've visited were spread out, hard to get around and very noisy. Altitude was very will set up. Everything was easy to find. The noise level wasn't bad. The employees were all very friendly and really seemed to like being there. read more
