Easy location to find. Small lot to park especially on a Saturday with the amount of parties they had going on. Smooth check in process. Was able to sign on the spot waivers with computers that actually worked! Been to other places where pads didn't work properly. Took my boys to jump around since it was my middle son's birthday and Julian was super nice and really helpful. He answered all my questions regarding the upgrade to monthly passes. We held our son's 7th birthday party at Sky Zone. There were around 12-15 kids--mostly 2nd graders, plus siblings were invited. There were also around a half-dozen parents who stayed to watch (the other parents dropped off). Overall, the kids had fun, and it went pretty smoothly (but not flawlessly, as explained below). Here's how it worked: 1. They place a cart with your kid's name on it in the lobby. As guests arrive, they put their shoes (and other belongings they don't need for jumping) on the cart. They also place birthday gifts in this big plastic bag attached to the cart. The cart and everything on it gets wheeled to your party room for later. 2. The guests go to a "Party Check-In" counter (separate from the check-in for general Sky Zone visitors). Your guests say which party they are with and provide their phone number, so the Sky Zone reps can confirm there's a waiver on file for the kid(s). (If the guests forgot to sign the waiver in advance, they will be told to go to the Waiver Counter--a separate counter--to fill out the waiver, before they can go to the Party Check-in counter.) 3. At the Party Check-In counter, your guests get colored wristbands, so the staff knows when they're supposed to be jumping until. If you ordered socks for your guests, this is where they will be given the socks. 4. You will have a dedicated Sky Zone rep who is your party host for the day. We had Kierra, and she was super-nice. The host leads the kids from the lobby into the jumping area. 5. Then the kids jump around. If you have a small group, they might try to keep them together, but for a group of our size, they were just allowed to roam around all the different areas--a dodgeball area, ball and foam pits, swings, balance beams, etc. 6. After the jumping is done, your group will be summoned to your party room. Pizza and drinks will be served, followed by cake (with the requisite candles and singing). 7. Guests depart from the party room. The cart will have been wheeled to the party room, so their shoes (plus whatever other belongings they didn't want to take to the jump area) will be right there for them. 8. Your party host and the Sky Zone team members handle all the clean-up. So when the party is over, you just leave too. 9. We did tip our party host (who said she'd be fine with cash or Zelle). We tipped around 15 percent of the total party cost, and she told us that was VERY generous. You could probably tip $40 to $60 (for a party of our size, around a dozen kids). Some thoughts: 1. We did the Mega VIP package, a three-hour party. We picked a Sunday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., but said on the invitation that jumping would be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and pizza and cake would be served at 4 p.m., with the party officially ending at 4:30 p.m. (even though we had the room until 5 p.m.). 2. For second graders, I think a party of 2.5-3 hours, with 2 hours of jump time, was too long. If I were to do it over again, I'd do a two-hour party, with 1.5 hours of jumping and 30 minutes for pizza and cake. 3. We ordered the pizza through them, and it was totally fine pizza (not bad, not great), pretty normal-sized pies. We brought a cake from our favorite bakery (because the Mega VIP package lets you bring outside food). 4. Overall things went smoothly; the place is a party factory, and they have a set procedure. There were a few minor hiccups: (a) Our guests were initially given the wrong color wristbands, so half an hour into jumping, Sky Zone employees were telling them they had to stop jumping. This was annoying. But Kierra got the right wristbands and tracked down our guests to give them new ones. (b) They provide everything you need--decor, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. But there was a delay while they looked for the candles and another while they looked for a cake cutter. I would've thought it would all be there already. Overall, it's a totally fine venue for a kid's birthday party. In the past, we've hosted birthday parties at home. But this year we wanted to outsource it and make our lives easier, and Sky Zone did the trick. Thanks Sky Zone! read more

We come here almost every week, we just can't go our weekend without some action! The prices might be a bit high; but it doesn't keep me from having fun. Speaking of prices, I feel like a normal bottle of water shouldn't be would like 4 dollars. They could probably work on that. Besides the prices, there is just so much to do, for young and old. Personally, the dodgeball field is my favorite place to play. Sometimes, it is also kind of intense, when you are the last player in your team. Then, there's the Warrior course, packed with challenges, if you want something difficult. The freestyle area, if you just want to jump, and jump, and jump. Overall, the entire place is amazing and adventurous, and the least they could do is decrease those prices. read more

I did my sons party there..first off they are so slow to check everyone in and you lose jump time. Then they do tons of parties back to back so we were rushed through food and cake. We went into our party room that was supposedly ready and there were no drinks. We had to serve everyone. I had to do everything myself with my family because my host was nowhere to be found. The park is fantastic, however the operation is a shame. A long line with only one person at checkin/checkout counter. You would think they would have a members' only line or a way that paying monthly members can print out their tickets easily, but no, you have to wait in the long line like the rest of the newbies; wait for all their questions to be answered, wait for them sign all their waivers, and then wait for all of them to pay! For members, it only takes literally less than 2 minutes to print out tickets, instead I waited in line over 45 mins for a 2 minute process, not member friendly at all, I may have to reconsider renewing. I asked for other people to help and even asked for the manager but customer service is not on their list of priorities. Lastly, the place is not as clean as I like it to be. They advertised that they have strict CoVid rules but it seems things are not wiped down as much as it should be. The balls in the dodge ball area are definitely old, dirty and ripped. read more

Got a groupon deal... 90min session for 6 people for $100. The kids had a lot of fun, although they spent most of the time just playing dodgeball. There's quite a few ninja warrior type activities too, including a warped wall! Fortunately there wasn't much wait, so they could try this a few times. I think that 90min is the perfect length of time... they were all tired and also sweaty at the end. The parking lot is a bit of chaotic. Also would be better to have clearer instructions at check in. The place is clean and has great activities but the staff is not attentive. What is the main reason you take your kids to Sky Zone and pay 47.00 bucks for them to jump an hour? So you can ignore them for 50 minutes and breath. They pay the staff to control the line and enforce rules, so you are able to keep a watchful eye of your child from a far. I watch the staff mater a perfect hand wave while kids broke very clear and obviously rules. Trying to get out of the house and forget your parenting duties for a few minutes? Well, not here. Save the 50 bucks and pay a babysitter to take your kids the the park for 3 hours. Side note unrelated to the actual staff or business: I watched a grown man pick his nose and rub it in the foam pit. I'm not sure I have the exact words to express exactly how I feel right now. Infuriated is one word. My daughter's 10th birthday. She wanted a birthday party where her school friends and her neighborhood friends can go and have fun. I've taken her to many bounce houses before like Rebounderz, Jumpin , JumperZ etc. This happened December 14, 2019. It's currently January 19, 2020. That's how long ago I started this and how long it's taken me to put this into words that make sense. My daughter, like her Mother is mixed. Spanish, Jamaican, Black and Indian. Her friends are mostly African American black. In this area, the children are mostly Caucasian and tainted by Trump and his antics. I don't blame the kids. They're kids. They mimic what they see of their families, friends, mentors and school teachers. They are direct reflections of who they are surrounded by and that is why I love all children. They really don't know what they do, they just think they do. My daughter and her 5 beautiful black girlfriends were taunted by a couple of kids in different groups. Telling them the trampoline was whites only, no N*s allowed. How they didn't belong there. How Trump was ready to deport them. Someone had the mf audacity to scream at my baby girl best friend I-C-E!!! Deportattttiiiooooonnn!! Immigrants!! Eeeww get away from us monkeys! The girls did what they could to retaliate, they were threatened so they threatened back. They were ganged up on so they ganged up together. One very dumb boy and his two dumb friends ran up on my daughter, talking a lot of mess and actually *pushed her* and got the shock of their life when herself, and 5 other EO girls came out swinging and kicking. Yup, they actually got physical and My girls WON. That's beside the point but, definitely pertinent. They fought and no staff noticed. The girls said it was 6 of them and three boys around age 12-14. The girls are 10-14. This was supposed to be FUN. Not a MF gang initiation!! My sister did notice and broke it up. She said no staff looked at all, walked by it like nothing. She just felt like something was wrong and walked over to check. Thank goodness for a womans intuition. She made them move to another area and checked on the boys who looked hurt. She then made sure they stayed away. GOD himself knows why he kept me at home preparing a lovely presentation for their arrival back for cake, pizza and a damned good ole time. Same reason GOD kept my two older mixed sons home with me helping. The girls went with my Peaceful, Love, Too understanding Mixed Sister and my very distracted with business on the phone Husband. Both of which felt my wrath afterwards. I thought long and hard about putting this up. Decided to do so because it DOES reflect on the establishment and staff. The staff was there. We became members and have been here everyday for a month. My 3.5 year old high energy son is obsessed. Glad to see all the additional play areas and activities they added since opening in 2019. In addition to the three dodge ball courts, gladiator roam block pot, and large trampoline area, there is now also a ninja warrior type obstacle course, jungle gym for toddlers, "climbing wall", acrobatic swings, arcade area, and cafe. Bathrooms can be cleaner. This is now our go to spot for meeting my son's friends. A lifesaver for a mom during the winter months or rainy days. If you have a high energy kid then you know what I mean! Bonus is the Krispy Kreme drive thru in same plaza along with a couple of food options including Mexican and a Poke Bowl joint! I enrolled in monthly service when my son was younger and then we cancelled service in April 2020 when he no longer wanted to go...and then Sky Zone started billing me again every month starting April 2022. I emailed and called and texted and if someone got back to me, they would just ask for more information -- and the monthly charges continued. I had to call my bank to put a hold on the recurring charges since Sky Zone won't stop billing me. Time to file a police report now. Multiple attractions were closed for no reason and when I asked why they just said "they are closed and you can't go there" . my daughter twisted her ankle and sat down and a guy immediately yelled "GET UP" in a startling and rude tone Instead of asking if she was okay and scared her half to death she wanted to leave. when I talked to the manager he did not care or do anything about it. We went here for a birthday my son (7) was attending. It wasn't an official birthday so I have no information on how those go. My wife and I tagged along with our younger son (5) by weren't certain if we were going to go in ourselves. It was unclear if we would have to pay for ourselves as "non-jumping" chaperones. We arrived and I asked a young woman (Sasha) if I could take a look quickly to see if it would be good for our younger son. She smiled and said, "Sure! I'll show you around myself." It was busy. I was surprised. The reviews on Yelp had been very unflattering in terms of customer service so this was a pleasant surprise. She showed me around and it looked great. There was a dedicated kids area and a TON of space to jump around and a lot of helpful employees around to make sure that kids were being safe and taking turns when needed. We decided to buy a pass for him and found out that as non-jumping chaperones we would not have to pay anything. You do have to have special socks for any participating people. $4 a pair. Very reasonable. We spent 90 minutes playing and both of our kids had an absolutely phenomenal time. The staff were patient and generous with smiles for all of the kids, many of whom were not behaving well. Everything seemed clean and well-maintained. The equipment gets played with very hard and I didn't see anything worn or broken. Which is super surprising given the beating these things take. Everything felt safe but not so insanely over-protective. The kids could be kids and really do crazy stuff without getting into trouble. It was awesome. Im completely outraged with my experience here at the Springfield sky zone. First of all we arrived at 7:15 and bought an hour and a half pass for 40$. They told us that we would only be able to jump till 8:30 so we decided that it was worth it to jump for an hour. At 7:55 they told us that we had to get off because glow zone starts at 8. So we went to the general manager, ALEX, who said that one of his employees had made a mistake and that we were only allowed to jump till 8, when we paid for 90 minute passes. When I politely asked for a refund he told me that I made the whole place smell like curry and I was in no place to ask for a refund. He also told me to go back to my own country and starting speaking to me in an Indian accent. Not only this but he acknowledged that his employee told us the wrong time. We even asked before hand that we would be jumping till 8:30 and the employee clarified twice that 8:30 was correct. After this I heard Alex refer to his African American employee as monkey and continued to call him racial slurs. He also told us we were too old to be there when we are only 18. Then we walked out with nothing due to the complete irresponsibility and uncivilized environment that was demonstrated at sky zone. read more

I brought our almost 5yr old here yesterday around 10:45am. We had only been to the one in South Plainfield and were immediately impressed by the size and variety of activities of this one. Between the regular trampoline area, basketball area, and square foam pit, they also had a junior warrior course with different obstacles as well as a swing and trapeze type of thing where they can jump off into the foam squares. There was also a small slide/playground area to climb through/in. While the place is big, it was also crowded! Birthday parties plus parents just standing there in groups made maneuvering around a bit challenging (parents need to either just jump with their kid or sit somewhere versus huddling together and gossiping and not having any regard to the people that actually want to jump/play). There are lockers to rent and a concession stand as well. read more

Good thing I only got the 1hr because this place doesn't have much of variety and eventually gets boring unless you're a kid. Not really for adults unless this excites you. The only part we enjoyed was the jousting at the foamzone. You do get some calories burned from all that jumping because you'll be sweating afterwards. I suggest you bring an extra shirt. Also, you have to buy their socks and rent a locker for your belongings. Follow the rules as well. read more

Good god this place is an excellent example of a great business model with horrible execution. If I was the owner I would be sure to donate all proceeds to charitable foundations that do some family outreach programs. So in 10-15 years they can staff it with workers who have a stronger work ethic. I waited in line on a non busy Monday night for a really really long time. By the time I got to the horribly inefficient check-In counter there was about 20 people now behind me...(hold on, that part becomes important) the lady asks for my children's names and then she tells me my sons waiver has expired. I'm like cool, let's renew it. She points to the waiver kiosks and says I have to refill our a new one, then get back in line. Oh no!!! Absolutely not! Obviously we used to come here a lot and I have been able to look past the 30 min check in experience or the cussing, rudeness, poor employee moral and work ethic...because hey they have trampolines, but never ever again. read more

My autistic son loves this place soooo muc and I love it for him cause they know us and treat us very well, wonderful time when we arrive . By far the worst experience I ever had.... Came in Today to celebrate my son 5th birthday.. Which is our first time at this location. After checking in the wavier, and paying they told me that my not even 1 year old would be charged full price to jump at $25.00. For 90ins.. Which is ridiculous to charge. For a baby when I'm paying the same exact price for adults and a few other kids over 5 years old.. so I asked to speak with a manager because the other sky zone do not charge for a baby. He walked over (the manager) said the fee is the fee we charge for Jump time not age. Fine I accepted it and paid the price. Not only was 2 very large sections was closed... The 2 women staff members the facility had were very unpleasant to everyone.. Not allowing me to jump with my almost 1 year old at the same time screaming "1 Person at a time " when clearly she is a baby and need help .. No one at the snack bar.. Staff huddle having full conversation amongst themselves while people are waiting to be checked In . I will never come to this location!!!! read more
