There were wild Javelina roaming the grounds and burds of all sorts. The mansion was gorgeous. They had benches along the walking paths and lots of shade. Horrible experience for my children today all day long. To begin their school rented 4 buses for a…read morefield trip to San Antonio. 3 buses arrived and the 4th bus arrived only 3 hours late to pick them up. The bus had no AC (4 hours). After they got to spend the day at Sea World at the time of departure...the same 3 buses were there but not the 4th bus AGAIN. The driver never answered their calls. Thank God parents had gone on the trip as well. They had to put children on the other 3 buses and some with parents. The teachers stayed behind because they did not fit. The driver finally arrived another 1 1/2 or 2 hours late again. No answers as to why he was late and no apologies (no remorse whatsoever). I am now praying our childrens teachers arrive safe and sound back home. All parents called the company and they kept hanging up on everyone. NEVER AGAIN!! I will write reviews everywhere I can and I will contact the Better Business Bureau! I had to put put 1 star to be able to post but they deserve NOTHING!!! Had to ask for the license plates just in case.

It is hard to express how much I enjoy birding with Nature Ninja Birding Tours. Having been on…read moreseveral trips now, both in Texas and abroad, I cannot recommend their tours highly enough. The trip to Taiwan in March was amazing, and I have been Panama twice before that, both Canopy Lodge and Canopy Tower. I am already looking forward to my Hawaii adventure this September, as well as Puerto Rico and Ecuador next year. I solely choose Nature Ninja for several reasons. They make every experience seamless and special. I appreciate being able to relax and focus on birding while they handle all the logistics. The guides are fantastic and work incredibly hard to ensure we all get on the birds as well as reach our birding goals. Additionally, they have a variety of trips to multiple locations and have a variety of trip lengths which helps to meet scheduling needs. The accommodations and food have always been exceptional and are part of the package so no additional cost to eat every night like many other trips. She was not polite in any way, has absolutely no customer service, hung up on me about 10x, yelled at me, called me names, and just overall horrible agent to book your travels. I highly recommend to NEVER book with this agency. I would give them a negative 10 starts if I could for the horrible service.
