One sub had a hair baked right into it. A colleague had to pull a long strand of hair out of their mouth mid-bite. Later, my boss discovered mold on his bun as well. This wasn't a single mistake -- it was a pattern of serious food safety violations in just one order. We've taken photos and kept proof of purchase, and the incident has already been reported to Halton Region Public Health and Firehouse Subs corporate. Food safety and hygiene should be the bare minimum. After this experience, I would never order from here again and would strongly caution others.
