The people are plastic at those stores. Quality appears like it has just come off an assembly line of disgruntled employees. I walk into Save Mart and they treat me like they are glad to see me and are very friendly and Helpful. Prices were comparable to the big chains or better. I was impressed by how clean their establishment was and the staff was friendly. Unlike "fiesta foods" I will provide my rating for them separately. My parents were able to find what they needed and even expressed how they liked how tidy they kept their supermarket. I would definitely shop here again.

Hidden inside this service station is an Indian grocery. As the other reviewer has said, they have just about everything.. tons of different spices as well as ready to eat meals and mixes (galub Jamun for instance), basan (chickpea flour), everything you need to prepare an Indian meal! Love it! The only update I have since my first review a couple of years ago, is that the owners are really friendly and helpful if you have any questions or special requests. UPDATE 12/2015 - Apparently this store was robbed a year or so ago and the owners have since sold the store. It is now under new ownership - non Indian - and it seems like the new owners are gradually getting rid of the stock. For now, they still have some items, but nothing like they did have. Sad. But what they do have you cannot find anywhere else in Las Cruces, so it's worth a go. They seem to have more variety of frozen foods then before. But how long they've been sitting there ?? I don't know where the clientele have gone. Just not the store I was raving about above.

Today my mother went in at around 9:30 -10:00 am all she did was ask for napkins and it seemed to be a bother to one of the younger employees working at the register. The employee wore glasses and had blonde hair .She had an attitude when my mom asked her why she couldn't just hand her the napkins and resulted in the employee calling my mom a Bitch as she walked out . My mom walked back in and asked her what she said and she repeated herself and said BITCH. My mom than asked for the owners number in which the owner called the cops on my mom.All for some NAPKINS! Being that they are privately owned the cops said that my mom was no longer allowed at that location. Which is totally fine being that the owner is so unprofessional about the whole situation. Instead of asking the CUSTOMER what happen and not punishing the employer for speaking to loyal PAYING CUSTOMERS the way that she did. Guess this is what customer service is these days ! They called and clarified how we wanted our food cooked and gave us a chance to make a substitution for an item. One thing that could have been a problem but luckily wasn't: you are able to choose the delivery time and we chose 12:30 but they arrived a little after 12:00. Luckily we were home because of the whole "stay at home" order. That being said, they will be my first choice for delivery and will gladly use again.
