Watch out for Tom because he's a tough guy. He actually had the audacity to tell me to "bend over" when I complained about the restrooms not being opened. So of course, I was upset and wanted to put him in the hospital, but you know...That's illegal. So instead, I came back later, took some pictures of Tough-guy Tom and began my formal complaint to HQ in San Antonio. Upon arrival, Tough-guy Tom kept goading me into hittng him, even following me to my car and calling me not-so-flatering names. While I would love to teach Tough-guy Tom the lesson his single mom never could, I will file my complaint, never step foot in a Valero station again, and happily live my life while Tough-Guy Tom looks for another job.

Many times I will be the next person to be checked out and they take the last person standing in line of 5 or 6 people. I use to cashier in Highschool and this absolutely irks me!
