The parking lot here is a bit weird so if you have a low car like myself, just be cautious as to which entrance/exit you use. Inside of the location was clean with ample seating, perfect for a group setting! The young lady who was working greeted me with a smile and took the time to explain the variety of items offered. It was my first time coming here l and brought my mom and Aunt. Annabelle (I hope that's how her name is spelled) was super patient with us and helped us make the best selections for our taste buds. They have cream-based and water-based popsicles which aren't too sweet, so when you add sweet toppings it's a great balance. I told the server I was leaning towards one of three paletas, and she said "coconut is one of my two favs." I love when servers recommend with confidence and I asked for, and took, her recommendations for toppings. This place has wonderful costumer service and a huge variety of paletas. On our first visit they suggested their favorite flavor combos from the unique menu and then they were very patient with my children deciding their flavors even though they had many customers. We ended up with some kid-crazy combos (lime with white chocolate and fruity pebbles for example). The strawberry with chocolate drizzle and chocolate pebbles was my favorite! I really wanted to get their hazelnut paleta with Nutella and was disappointed when I found out they were out of Nutella. The Paleta bar is in my top 5 places in Las Cruces and #1 for desert. It's really fun and I don't think I've ever gotten the same thing twice. First you choose your ice cream flavor. They have their standard flavors but they switch out new ones all the time. Then you choose your chocolate: milk, dark, or white. Last you choose a topping. Other than the Paleta they also have everything from aqua fresca and horchata to elote and fresh fruit. One of my favorite things I've had was a S'mores Paleta. They dipped it in marshmallow and torched it right there. Simply delicious. The staff is always friendly, everything is super fresh, and I really couldn't recommend this place enough. Be sure and try the dirty horchata if you need a pick me up. They add shots of espresso and it's better than anything you can get at Starbucks. read more

The paletas are really good. I like that they serve them in a tray even though they have popsicle sticks to hold... because you never know when the thing is going to melt here in the desert. However, they didn't even melt that bad, still, the tray was convenient to lay it down once in awhile. They also have "to go" bags that they place over the tray... this was nice as I got a few to take home and freeze! They have dark chocolate dip, milk chocolate dip, and white "chocolate" dip (half or whole). The cereal and cookie coatings are much better than you'd think, when you think of cereal or cookies on your bar... they taste rich on these bars and like the best toppings. I go here every once in awhile to treat myself! Customer service was good until the manager started being rude to her own employees right in front of my family.
