Vibe restaurant serves smoothies in dozens of flavors (e.g., banana-nut muffin, caramel-apple pie,…read moreOreo, s'mores, and strawberry-pretzel salad), teas in over a dozen flavors (e.g., blue raspberry, watermelon, and Skittles), and a few add-ons (e.g., vitamin B-12, collagen, and a fat-reducing "donut shot"). As you can see, some flavors are common, and others are unique. So far, I have made three purchases from Vibe. An employee immediately and warmly greeted me, and she patiently waited while I looked at the changing menus on the television screen. Please see my attached photos for the menus in July 2024. The employee quickly made my beverages, took my payment, thanked me, and wished me a good day. I rate the strawberry-banana smoothie as 4.5 stars, the strawberry-pretzel-salad smoothie as 4 stars, the s'mores smoothie as 4 stars, the peach-mango tea as 5 stars, the peach-pineapple-lemonade as 4.5 stars, and the Skittles tea as 4 stars. Each beverage cost several dollars.

Tucked away in the heart of Bellevue is this charming little health food restaurant called Vibe…read moreBellevue. Outside the business sits a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside the business I had an informative interview with George the owner of the establishment. He explained to me his goal was to encourage healthy eating and drinking through use of protein and other additives such as vitamins and herbs to provide solid nutrition without feeling overly full. They also offer "immunity booster" for an extra fee.The business has been open for 8 months now as a dine in restaurant until the pandemic hit. When restrictions were lifted they have only been able to reopen for takeout only for now. Their menu consists of smoothies, made to order teas, and protein coffee. They also sell protein donuts. He offers a special if you post your drink purchase to social media you get $1.00 off your next purchase. I asked about vegan options. George told me all the beverages can be made vegan but the donuts are not at the current time. I really wanted to get a donut but they had been sold out by the time I got there. George advised me that if I order a day ahead of time then they could set up a takeout order for the next day for donuts. He told me they sell out so fast that you need to be there when it opens to get them that same day. I can call for their flavor offerings when I place my order. He suggested I purchase a combine which consists of two 16 oz cups of a smoothie and a tea. Please note their coffees and teas can be prepared hot or cold depending upon your preference. He recommended I go with the strawberry lemonade tea and let me decide what smoothie I wanted. He added biotin to my tea to help with my nails and hair growth. There are long tables in front where you can stand to get your appropriate straws and napkins. You are also are far enough away from the beverage prep area for the time being. The menu is on a changing screen inside so it takes a while to "cycle" through it. Nevertheless I choose the banana pudding smoothie. George told me that was his number one smoothie request. His helper had both drinks prepared in a jiffy and once I tasted that tea it was literally to die for! The smoothie really blew me away! It had actual banana pieces in it as well as graham cracker pieces. It tasted so good yet it was not overly heavy. I was stunned when George told me that smoothie was less than 300 calories. I can see now why it is so popular. As the business stated drinking both beverages was like consuming a meal in itself. While I was there I was chatting with another customer who had ordered an oreo smoothie. It looked delicious and when I inquired about it she said she loved it. Vibe Bellevue is located on N Balph Ave right off Lincoln Ave in Bellevue. George told me that it is better to pay for metered parking on Lincoln Ave until they are able to get some of their own parking spaces. This is a great hidden gem in the heart of Bellevue and I definitely plan to order their protein donuts ahead of time before my next visit. It is affordably priced and both George and his helper were very friendly and knowledgeable. Open Mon-Sat only they are worth a visit for a fresh healthy drink to make you feel good all day.

Our server was honestly not friendly at all, and always in a rush to get away from the table, but luckily this view of the lake distracted us enough. The burger was delicious and I loved the cucumber salad as well! I happily ate it all and it was the perfect amount. I also got a ginger beer, which was a brand that I had never tried before and it was pretty good! It was a light and sweet ginger beer, so I would recommend it if you're interested in trying something a bit different than a soda. I will absolutely be back again and I totally recommend you check out this place if you have not yet done so!

I got "The Cog" aka Cobb salad with crispy chicken & balsamic vinaigrette and it was incredible! I'm weird & picky with chicken dishes, but the crispy chicken was great! My fiancé got the "Double Flat" smashburger and devoured it - he let me try a bite and it was so yummy! The fries weren't as good as we were hoping unfortunately - they were a little too crispy and almost airy. But the ranch was so good! We also got a couple of their "Free Wheelers" mocktails! I can't remember the names now and can't find them, but mine was a cucumber & mint drink, and his was a berry & ginger beer drink. Both were so refreshing! Our server was super sweet, and she brought out a pitcher of water for us to keep at our table, because I'd downed the first two cups super fast (we had walked/jogged the north park loop beforehand). Even though we couldn't get a seat outside, we were facing the lake and it was such a vibe. It made me feel like I wasn't even in Pittsburgh and that I was on vacation! Will definitely be back.

Dilly tots were awesome. Homemade tater tots? What could go wrong with that. Pillowy potatoes with a hint of dill pickle. Excellent. My wife had the prime rib special as we were there on a Saturday. It was very tasty and done perfectly. I decided to try the filet. It was very good. The Bordelaise sauce was a bit overpowering but good. I would order it on the side next time. Mashed potatoes that came with it were delicious despite them being semi-cold when served. My only negative comment was the roasted seasonal vegetables were mainly sweet potatoes with some shoestring carrots and zucchini mixed in. More of a starch than a vegetable. Good portions so we had to pass on dessert although some of them looked reallly good! Again, we will be back to try some of the sandwiches, etc.

At 76, my energy is not up to their standards. The dining room, new, is bright and clean, if a little cold. We were greeted and seated promptly and professionally. Our drinks arrived quickly and our food, the pig and fig flatbread and two small salads, followed shortly. The food was very well prepared. Service was excellent. It's a bar and beer place and we're wine drinkers. The wine list is very limited, but understandingly so. The by the glass prices were fair, but the bottle prices for the same wines were excessive. Bottles should sell for 4 times the glass price, but these were well above that level. For us it's a better lunch destination, with less 'energy' and no wine.

I wanted to go on a food journey here and was looking for some guidance, I wanted only their best items and Sarah at the counter was awesome! She helped guide me through their bakery, their main course meals and even find some yummy Italian like pretzels for the hummus I wanted to get and overall was just a very nice lady, I wish more restaurants had people like her working with customers! Finally to the food, I ordered the oat & carrot waffles, a brioche pastry and bought some hummus and Italian pretzels from their mini market! Overall, really good stuff! My only gripe is the waffle isn't crunchy at all and feels really more like a cake. The flavor was on point, especially with the yummy Carmel sauce it came with! The brioche pastry with raspberries was incredible as well! Lastly, the hummus was outstanding!! Get it. It's worth it! Overall this place is a must visit in my mind! If you're in the area, try it!

The coffee is definitely some of my favorite in the city with rotating specials as well as your basics. Everyone who works there is so sweet. Very cute café ambience, however, it can be a little loud if you're looking to sit with your computer or a book. However, i wouldn't change a thing about Mediterra.
