They did have other outlets but they were located outside. The bathrooms were clean and kept up. They have two vending machines but neither were in working order. For Orlando to be a tourist location they really need to upgrade this train station and make it more eye appealing and efficient for travelers.

The hospital down the street has a Subway and a cafeteria. We had Subway that lost him which was awesome. Now we're just waiting on the train. No matter what anybody says the employee each year have been too nice to ask. They get 5 stars in my book.

Located in the center of Downtown Orlando, this train station is the best for events in Orlando. We took this train from Altamonte to DTO for a Solar Bears game! Theirs plenty to do in the area while you wait for the train! Plenty to see, plenty to eat and plenty of shops to spend money! They're building something next to this stop, I'm hoping it's a proper train station or some sort of outpost. Could be a food hall!

This route at Church Street is when I am taking the train northbound in the late afternoons/early…read moreevening. Sometimes the train is on time, sometimes it's a little bit late. This is a totally relaxing experience when compared with the "free ride" period which ran at max passenger capacity. If you are interested in SunRail try it now while it's new and you have to pay. It's worth the cost. The joyriders made it a nightmare, but it's not like that now. I see the cars driving on I-4 as the train pulls out of downtown Orlando. I am so so happy to have a mass transit option, but SunRail is still working out the timing kinks here in Central Florida. This station - there is seating on metal benches and a short shade canopy over the benches at Church Street. It's okay seating, but unlikely it will provide much shade or protection from Florida's summer torrential rains. There is no dedicated SunRail parking lot here, but lots of garage and City of Orlando parking downtown. Come try it out, it's so much better than driving yourself.

The owl there is in rough shape... doesn't really look real at all, but the train coming into the station is awesome, lots of good photos there. Air conditioned waiting area, at least, was good, though thew ait here was significantly longer than at the Hogsmeade side. Not sure if they were just better at filling folks and moving them from IoA to USF, or just fewer people headed to USF.

I had no safety concerns and there were ample crosswalks to get us from place to place. I would give it a 5 stars, but it's missing vending/restrooms that are offered in other station locations. In the afternoon trains run further apart and the wait can be lengthy in the Florida sun without access to a drink - or with kids, a bathroom.

The downside about this particular stop is that the ticket machines on the southbound side seem to have problems with credit cards causing people to miss trains. I entered my pin number and hit "enter" despite not seeing anything on the screen and that seemed to do the trick. When I tapped my card to board the train it said "denied" but when I got off the train at Sand lake it said "accepted"... Something clearly isn't working.
