I didn't see one person busing or cleaning in the restaurant - and it shows! Gross. The fries could've been great if they were crispy but they were all super soggy. FRY FAIL! Onions: you can leave them thick for the onion rings but if you're putting a slice of onion on my burger you better slice it thin. Nobody needs a huge half inch thick slice of onion in the middle of a burger. PRO: The burger was cooked to perfection. At least they got that right, which is why I gave them three stars - nothing else I experienced in this restaurant deserved any stars. The owner/manager are lazy at best cause they obviously don't care about the customer experience.

Now here is the issues that ruined the entire first time experience for me. The male employee named Jimmy, as shown on our ticket, came over and wiped off a table right after a female customer left. He did tell her to have a nice evening and then proceeded to wipe off her table with food scraps and a dirty napkin left behind. He simply wiped it off the table top landing on a chair seat and the floor. He then walked back to the customer service counter, stood behind the cash register and started picking his nose. Hopefully the mgr will have a come to Jesus meeting with the entire staff regarding personal hygiene policy.
