Ok, where do I start.....We arrive and excited because this restaurant is closed in my home area. This location is Drive thru ONLY... So, placing the order and the speaker is jacked up you can't hear over the snap crackle pop noise and the drive thru lady speaking low as heck..... lets say she got frustrated, just told me to pull around. Yup like I thought the order was wrong. Gave her my order again and yup it was still wrong...OMG! She rolled her eyes and gave attitude. So Before I could ask for condiments she shut the window, lol you guess right more attitude when I said "you closed the window so fast I wasn't able to ask you for what I was missing ". I got the honey and purposefully let her walk away before advising her I was missing the side dishes. This was on a Sunday and you know this employment was by choice. Attitude was horrible. Nonetheless, the chicken was delicious Fried orka had a burnt taste to them but babe are them anyway. The apple pie didn't stand a chance. I read a review that this location was under renovation. Well it appears to be in need of more renovation work on the outside. It appears run down completely. Only a 2 star because the food was good. I am so sick and tired of the incompetence experienced whenever I go to this restaurant, I just spent 37.00 for a twelve piece dark with six biscuits. All my side orders were missing, ie lg Mac & Cheese, Cole slaw etc. Finally, the management will not answer the phone. Terrible customer service, I can't do it anymore. Came through the drive thru waited over 45 minutes to get a 10 piece meal when there wass no one else in line. The crew laughed and played i stead of fixing our food. The staff was very unprofessional and something needs to be done. This is the worse food aeevice experience that i have ever encountered. Sadly enough my visit to this business was disappointing. I ordered the 16.99 Family meal which consists of 8 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. When I arrived at the window, the order was wrong. I ordered fries and coleslaw and they gave me dirty rice and fried okra. WTH. They corrected the order and the price. No harm no foul. It's no Popeyes or Zaxby's, but it does okay on it's own. There's not much you can say about fast-food chicken places. And to be honest, Church's Chicken doesn't stand out among the others. Plainly, it's a fast-food chicken place. Sometimes you'll get there and the food is fresh and hot, other times you get your food after it's been sitting in the warmer a few hours. It's still digestible. If you're that hungry though, just eat it. You can get "satisfaction" elsewhere. read more

The absolute best chicken you'll ever get with sides that are great. It's like Sunday dinner at grandma's house when I was a kid. I'm not kidding. Out of the blue, this restaurant opened after being closed for a year. Decided to stop in and get a chicken sandwich. It was terrible. Processed chicken patty that tasted like it was from Sams club. Also, this place is run down and in need of major repair and updating. Waited in the drive thru for no less than 25 min. Won't be back. On Sunday around 4:30pm to get chickens and I walked in there were two people ahead of me. Well other worker open the register to take the order but get this. The lady tells me that "chicken u have to wait about 20minz" so I told her I will wait. Than she tells "I'm not lying" so I asked her should I order or just leave. I walked into the building and got in line. As we were standing in line the worker said " yall are gonna have to go thru drive thru the lobby is closed". After we explained that we were driving a big truck that would not fit through drive thru the manager then came in and said "ain't hardly no food left and I ain't dropping nothing else so they about to be short anyway". So her and the other worker began to argue about who left the door unlocked. A few patrons left out and the worker came to lock the door behind them all while they were ignoring the few patrons left in the building and refusing to take their orders. She then went back behind the counter and proceeded to fix the food without washing her hands. Myself and another patron asked for a comment card and then attempted to leave after being told we would have to get the number off the receipt and we couldnt receive a receipt per the manager. After complaining to the manager with her nasty attitude about the young lady not washing her hands she began to get upset and irritated with us. As we were leaving out she told the young lady to wash her hands this time when she come back into the work area. read more
