When I got there no one was at the counter so I had to wait for for Zack. But soon enough he came and took my order. Got a latte and a cinnamon roll to go. Zack is knowledgeable on coffee drinks. Having done that job before lots of people don't know the difference between lattes and cappuccinos and teaching people on the differences is fun. The difference is everything is a latte except a cappuccino. Simple enough and Zack had it down. The coffee was good and tasted great. Got a medium 2 shot for $3, great price! The customer service was friendly but the lady who took my order did not seem to know how to enter in the specifics of my drink, it took her a few times but she finally entered in all my customizations for my iced latte. I read the little sticker to see if the person at the counter forgot to add it but she had not.
