Milos has been (and still is) helping my firm with our website and our company catalog, as well as advertising in general. I want to mention a few things I like: 1. MA Team has a few subscription / payment options to fit any firm's budget. I liked being able to decide on the amount of time spent on my marketing needs and the costs involved, and being able to increase/decrease this cost as my profits fluctuate, or as new projects or ideas arise. 2. Milos and his team are super responsive. Any time I have needed them, they were able to help me either right away or very soon. Milos communicates really well and working with him is a joy. 3. Milos is a great innovator. Advertising and marketing are not an exact science, and he came up with a few "out of the box" solutions for our "out of the box" company - which I really appreciated. I can see he is very passionate about his job and helping his clients. I'm sure there's more I can write - but in a nutshell: hire MA Team, you won't regret it!

They took the time to meet with me on several occasions and were truly engaged in learning my vision, which they ultimately translated to a very sophisticated and user friendly website. Meeting a family member (who seems extremely professional and bright) of this company was also convincing me to do the same. But this poor response has convinced me to keep the review in place. ------------------------------------------ Stay away at all cost! Terrible customer service! I feel for this place because of cheap prices. They took 24 hours to get back on pricing for a job that had a next day deadline. Another 24 hours later (and 30 mins before pickup time!!) they finally looked at the job. When I went to collect, the prints looked really bad and blurry. They told me the file was bad. They had 48 hours to check this!! I had printed the exact same file on my printer before I emailed them. I don't know what other due diligence someone can do before emailing a file. I was now 2 days late on my deadline. I requested them to please ship the papers for me. They told me a 200 page job was not worth their time and they wouldn't spend even $5 on shipping for it. All of this could have been avoided if they had checked just once to make sure the file was printing correctly on their printer. A month ago, we had an equally terrible experience with them and I decided to give them one more chance. Dumb decision!

After having disappointing results with a couple of other firms who promised me the moon and couldn't deliver I was careful who I was going to go with this time. What I liked about ebiz was that they were very upfront with me. I was made aware that SEO is a long term process and I need to be patient as results don't happen overnight. A fact that the other companies were not very forthcoming about. I am an impatient guy and I wanted results asap but they said legitimate SEO takes time. I am so glad I went with them because now 3 months later (much earlier than what they promised) my sales are up roughly 1200% and I am getting real results. I could have probably increased my sales even more if I had listened to their advice to get a new website but due to my prior experiences with other firms I wanted to take it slow.
