I brought my 7lb Maltese for a haircut and bath for 50$. They took her, then called me fifteen…read moreminutes later saying they couldn't give her a haircut cause she had nots. They didn't offer me another option, and said they'd trim her and shower her for 50$. I asked why they couldn't just brush her, or shave her. The guy at the front desk he doesn't know he just answers the phone and books appointments. They trimmed her face completely crooked. It looks like she just sat there till the last minute and they just cut her face. She looked exactly the same as she did going in. I drove all the way from downtown LA. Nice people. Lame service. Never again

Carlos does an amazing job with my senior dog, Louie - who has a complicated medical history. Finding a groomer I can fully trust with my dog's comfort and safety means everything to me, and Carlos & Brian make that happen. Communication is another huge reason I stay loyal! Carlos is always responsive making scheduling super simple. We get scheduled every 3 - 4 weeks to upkeep Louie's grooming. I also have to give a special shoutout to Brian, who is incredible. He was actually the very first person to ever groom Louie over 12 years ago when he was just a puppy, and he's still grooming him today. They told me they needed to but they are obviously not experienced groomers. I called to let them know I had to fix my dog. He was so UNEVEN. I had to cut the hairs out of his paws, in his sanitary area, all around his ears and by his mouth. When I called the owner " Father," he said what happened. I explained. He then proceeds to say well your dog just needs to shake off the hair. "The uneven hair." He says he would call his son as it was his son and another gentleman named Lalo. The owner never called me nor can I call them back. It was a terrible experience. Their prices are high for not even doing a decent job. After they shaved my dog they left my dog's hair long all over his face.
