Lefkowitz. She soon moved to their Coventry office, and I drive about 50 mins to get to this office because she is THAT good. Let's be real with one another, talking about the doctor who looks over your lady parts is not necessarily proper dinner conversation, but man is it important to find one that you love. Let's start with Dr. Lefkowitz's staff. Awesome! Top notch, super friendly, and are always there to make you smile. The office is bright and has plenty of magazines, informative brochures, and fun calming music. The staff that helps look over you in the beginning are very gentle and kind, and nonjudgemental. Dr. Lefkowitz really gets to know each one of her patients. She takes the time to find out how your overall health is going, finds great conversations, tells you funny stories about herself, and before you know it, you're done with your appointment. Honestly! You sort of forget what was supposed to be happening down there, and you are ready to go! She also takes care in checking the "girls", and reminds you how to do your monthly self exam. It just happened so naturally and I just went home and rested until hard labor set in then called him to meet me at the hospital which he actually did rather than just have a nurse check me and report back before he showed up. First of all I set up an annual exam but my provider only did a pap without the exam which seemed weird. I would have said something but I was too thrown off by the intense lecture she gave me about my birth control. Apparently she didn't approve of it and felt it was dangerous at my age which I think more recent studies have debunked. She told me to go off it immediately. I also got a weird religious vibe which isn't what I want at all from my doctors. The tech who took my vitals said "babies are a blessing" and was wearing a gold cross. It looks like several providers went to a private Catholic school in the area. I was also informed they did "aesthetics" which included vaginal steaming and cosmetic procedures which seems strange for an Ob-Gyn. I was very rattled by this whole experience and left feeling upset and confused. I will never go back to this place!

This was my first pregnancy and honestly this is the worse quality of care I have ever been given in my life. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude and they constantly cancel appointments. One time in my second trimester I didn't see anyone for 6 weeks. You rotate through midwives and they are supposed to check your chart but they never do. You have to tell your medical history every time. There is supposed to be an ob that oversees your care but my ob retired and no one notified me for months that no one was overseeing my care. I had pregnancy complications and have multiple doctors I see and it was one of my other doctors that was like hey I can't get ahold of your ob to ask about how to move forward with your care. They have lost all empathy for their patients and are just going through the motions. I don't recommend them especially if it's your first pregnancy and you don't know what to expect so you are looking for someone to explain things to you. I don't want to get too personal on here but some things I experienced made my husband actually think I was being discriminated against and it seems like some other reviews of this office on different platforms express similar concerns so take that for what it is.
