Getting of the car, I smelled something mechanical and saw flames coming out of my hubcap. (insert bad idea) I blew out the flames. Using my AAA app, I requested a tow to the dealership. The initial time was almost an hour wait. I received an update immediately and in 15 minutes Brent arrived. He took a video of the car current state. Then he loaded the car and took more video. We followed Brent to the dealership where he described the car issues to staff and his idea of issue. 100% professional - thankful for the timely service

Maybe 10 minutes later, I received a call that it would be about 40 minutes, and they wanted to verify my information. I received a call around that time that the driver would be there in about 15 minutes. I got another call (all at the business where I waited, who was wonderful all around) asking if they were in the right place about 40-45 minutes later. I said I didn't see them. They said they were at a parking lot on the street they were told, but I KNOW the business owner told them the address and exact location, and so did I. They did arrive a short time later, but by now it was over 90 minutes since placing the call for towing. It took a LONG time to hook up the car, and then he asked where he was taking it, and if I was riding with him. He should've already HAD that information. Due to orthopedic issues, getting into the truck was not easy. He said he didn't know what to do to help me. The business where I waited had offered to drive me home before his arrival and I should've taken them up on that. We get to the lot of my apartment building, and I fell getting out of the truck. He asked if I was OK, but NEVER offered me assistance. A neighbor saw this, plus it was right in front of the building's office window, plus they have cameras, so I can back up this statement. I have a badly bruised elbow, tailbone, and my left leg is very swollen from the knee down, with a bruise in the crease behind the knee. I'm having to borrow my husband's cane just to get around the apartment. I also told him he had the car in 2 spots. Spots are assigned here, and I told him if she came home, there was no way for her to be able to park. He did NOTHING about it. At least the person on the end can park a little bit over if need be, but they shouldn't have to do that. Soooo, in the end, I placed the call around 10:30 and didn't get into my apartment until 12:55...all to be towed ONE MILE.

I think the other reviewer had a bad day and decided to yell at clouds on the internet, because everyone I talk to thinks this is a great local business.
