This review will focus on Without the Stress and my interactions with them. I am an idiot and managed to not check my passport expiration date until 2 days before my scheduled flight. After a complete panic and trying to go through the normal gov't channels (and failing), I was informed that there were "third party services" that could get this done for me. Never having been in a situation like this before... I had no idea how the process worked. It was also 10PM and I had less than 48 hours before my departure. I had pictured in my mind a shady back-alley type exchange, with no official channel. Internet searches did not help me dispel this thought. I called around trying to get a live person to talk to. Without the Stress was the ONLY one in which I could reach a live person at that time of night. I spoke with a friendly and helpful rep who tried to understand my questions, but had some problems. I don't think I was being very clear, or she didn't understand the scope of the questions. Luckily, she passed me over to Daniel R. who happened to be around. He was extremely helpful and was able to walk me through the process, how it works, who's involved, etc. He went out of his way to make sure I was hooked up with their affiliate and got confirmation that an appointment time was available in the Chicago area for me to use. That experience was the most helpful stress relieving thing that could have happened. I really appreciate Dan and Without the Stress for going above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my passport renewed in under 24 hours from my first call. Very very impressive.

It included a flight to LA to Mexico, an inner Mexico flight, and a flight Mexico to LA. The airline they booked the inner Mexico flight with went out of business and the travel agency legally failed to do their job and advice my parents of this and then rebook them a new flight. The agency had nearly two months to confirm flights and reschedule anything necessary. They did not do this. My parents showed up to their inner Mexico flight only to be told that airline no longer existed. It had shut down all operations 2 months prior. My parents attempted to buy their own flight there to their next destination but there weren't any flights available. They ended up booking a spot on bus. They bus was leaving 9 hours later and then it was a 12 hour ride. This nightmare could have been avoided if the agency had done their job of actually confirming my parents flights instead of falsely telling them that all of their flights were still good a few days before they left on their trip. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. They don't do their job correctly.

They have NEVER failed us and have always been in excellent communication while using their service. A few years back a neighbor called me at 10:00 pm and informed me their transportation called and cancelled a van for 8 that was due at 5;00am the next morning... I gave her Vas's information but due to how late it was couldn't guarantee they would answer...not only did they answer but shifted some things around and made room for them..
