I am so glad that I stumbled onto this business on yelp! I called to make an appointment and Shawn informed me he would be available to take me on a Sunday, which worked great for me. When Sunday came, I called to make sure he was still available and he informed me he would be open, I made my way over and called him when I was at the door. He met me at the door and from there the process went smoothly! I forgot to make copies and he was kind enough to make me 2 extra copies of my live scan form. From beginning to end the process went quick & easy. For anyone who wants to use his services, I'd suggest to call first, confirm hours, and make an appointment. Arrived at 5:20 pm and the business appeared to be closed since the door was locked and lights were off. I checked Yelp to make sure LiveScan services are not appointment only and found no indication that they are. Someone wrote a Yelp reviewing stating you have to call the business in order for the owner to open the door. I called and the owner apologized saying they were closed due to providing mobile services and that I need to make an appointment...again, no where stating this service is appointment only and there was no signage out front about today's early closure. The Yelp business hours and hours posted on the door indicate they close at 7 pm Monday-Friday. This was disappointing to say the least since I scheduled my earlier commitments around coming to get a LiveScan completed here this evening and now all of the other local businesses are closed. read more

This place shows they take passport pictures. They do not. They send you to the local Post office down the street.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!! Do not go here if you'd like to feel harassed and violated of your physical and personal privacy! Shawn is a down right creep and should not have his own business in his creepy, small room. Thank GOODNESS I had a stranger in the room waiting in line because I feel as though this experience would have been much worse and far creepier. Shawn has no respect for the privacy of personal information as he read all my personal information aloud in front of the waiting customer in line. This goes for my address, phone number, social security number, everything. He questioned my height and weight, he commented on my weight and said I need to eat more. Not okay. If I hadn't paid already, I would have walked right out during the fingerprinting process. He insisted he apply lotion on my hands for me, I said no and did it myself. He did not respect my wishes and continued to aggressively rub the lotion into each finger and wiped it off with his paper towel. It was disgusting and violating. He held my hand during the entire process, which has never happened before and is VERY INAPPROPRIATE. I have had 10+ livescans done in my life as I work in the educational/healthcare field. This has never ever happened to me before. He is a creep, I filed a police report and reported him to the livescan vendors. I hope his license is taken away and that he does not violate the privacy and personal space of other young women and men ever again. read more

Super professional and speedy service! I don't live in Anaheim,and was visiting the area before leaving the country while awaiting my work visa to clear. The company handling my visa told me I had to get California police clearance done.... And it's 630pm at night. I looked on Yelp to see who does a Lives an at this hour and Shawn was closing in 30 mins. I immediately called him, and he said he'd be there waiting for me. After traffic I pull up 8 mins before closing, and Shawn processed my fingerprints and even found a typo I made in my paperwork - I was done in less than 10 mins! A+ service! read more

If you are looking for a dingy, creepy place to get your live scan done by an even creepier man, this is the place for you. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The owner Shawn Mahdavi A.K.A. "Creepy Lotion Guy" informed me that my fingerprints were too dry for the machine. Which sounds believable right? At this point he pulls out an off brand bottle of translucent, watery, MILKY lotion from the side of his desk and a napkin that is ALREADY folded up and INSISTS that he puts the lotion on me because people apparently "apply it wrong." How the hell do you apply lotion wrong? He reaches for my hands which at that point I tell him no. Because I dont want this man rubbing lotion into my fingers. He gives me no choice but to scoop the lotion out of his warm, sweaty palm and apply in on myself. But let me back up. I am a brown eyed, brown hair woman. Part of Creepy Lotion Guy's job is to just simply verify that what I wrote down on my application for Live Scan is accurate. While reading over my application he looks me dead in the eye and tells me, "This is wrong." So I ask him, "What's wrong?" He says, "This should say BEAUTIFUL brown eyes and BEAUTIFUL brown hair." Okay. He then starts to refer to me as "Sweetheart". Alright. I'm all alone in this mans tiny, dirty office and now his sexually harassing me? The whole time during my actual scan he just HAD TO rub every single one of my fingers, wipe it with this dingy napkin, and rub it again. Did I mention that he held onto my hand during the entire scanning process? Seriously. You can't make this up. While I was leaving as fast as I could he asked me invasive questions like "where did you park?" And "Do you know how to get out?" He tried to walk me to my car. Alarm bells anyone? And why wouldn't a full grown human not know how to get out of a building they walked into? What the hell. I'm not sure how many other young women Mr. Mahdavi has spoken to like this but I will be the first to do something about it. There is no way under any circumstances that a man owning a business should ever be conducting things this way. I should have been able to get in and out of that office without being called "Sweetheart" or receiving unsolicited compliments during a process required by the government to get a freakin job. And to Mr. Mahdavi, you asked me to leave a review. Here you go. read more

Live scan is located on the first floor of the building complex and is in a small office room. Quick and easy process with Shawn. He's a sweet man and explains everything thoroughly. In and Out of there (including short technical difficulty) within 30 minutes. I wanted to get my passport photos done as well but was informed that their photo printer was out for maintenance. I came here for the purpose that they had a two in one and offered walk ins. It's fine though but I would call just to clarify if they have both the day you're coming if you plan on doing both. read more

I can't believe this place is open everyday! Most livescan locations are only open Monday-Friday. I work most of the week so coming here on a weekend was a breeze. Shawn, the owner, was very friendly and able to accommodate me with my livescan and explain the process. I was in Anaheim on Sunday and realized that my live scan had to be done by Monday morning. I was shocked to see this place was open on a Sunday! I found this place on yelp and called them to see if they were really open. A friendly staff member told me to come on in. I was in and out super quick.
