It's never overly loud/busy which makes the experience relaxing. They also sell tons of great hair products. I generally go for a little trim/clean up, but most recently I decided I needed a good 6/7 inches chopped off. Vanessa does so great and listening to my exact requests and delivering them so wonderfully. Love that it's not a blunt cut, and how well she does thinning it all out. Will continue coming back!

Even after I call upset no one answered or returned my call but argued with me over messenger that what I wanted requires years of schooling/experience and Special techniques that weren't included in my promotion. All I asked was that they don't start the layers on the top layer of hair but they could be started on the next layer (they could touch the root of the hair in every other layer, I just didn't want the strip look on the top of my head) so far everyone I spoke with was extremely difficult to deal with.
