Initially he filled the pedicure bowl with cold water, and I had to tell him it was freezing. He had a problem getting the jet to work properly; jet was very weak. He definitely needs practice with the nippers. I could feel that he nipped my skin (while attempting to trim cuticles). around my toenail several times. Ouch! He did not shape my pinky toe nail at all. Surprisingly, the leg massage was actually good. One of the men tuned the Tv to a horror movie!!! There was also a young child present the staff was playing with and they were loud at times. Definitely not an enjoyable or relaxing experience! Therapist Dyhanne Jeanne Neuens is amazing! Because of her clinical training and training in various alternative treatment modalities, she was able to apply a combination of treatments during my massage which made a wonderful difference in my pain and in how I was able to move and experience my body following the massage. Posh wasn't the first place I called after searching the internet because I was looking for a therapist I thought could give a good medical/clinical massage and release my tight muscles. I didn't associate that kind of massage with a spa called "Posh".I was very pleasantly surprised, and feel so fortunate to have received the very best. I had to hunch over to the right for him to even paint my nails. He painted them as fast as he could and you can tell. He was standing up 50% of the time trying to get a better angle to try to paint my nails. The person doing my pedicure WHACKED my foot with some massive tool. I came in for a pedicure, and the chairs are set in a dark, calming room with waterfalls on the walls, creating the ultimate spa experience. The technicians even bring out a candle to place on the table beside you, which is such a thoughtful touch. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Everything--from nail care to polish application--was done with great attention to detail, and the massage was truly fabulous, with just the right amount of pressure. The French tip he tried to paint on was so tiny and thin of a line you could see all the rest of the white of the nail.
