I had organized through my virtual bank a certified bank draft for a car purchase and this process was smooth sailing.
I subsequently misplaced the draft and came into the bank to seek help and next steps. All personnel from tellers and both manager's for client services and branch manager were amazing, polite and very understanding. Both Eric and Rosette addressed my issue with utmost urgency and professionalism. They escalated the issue within minutes with their home office and within 24 hours, the draft was on hold and a replacement set in motion.
