The food vendor set up at this airport is a total cluster f*ck. Order here. Pay at machine which doesn't work awaiting assistance which never comes. By the time you get back for your coffee you are long forgotten. It can literally take 20 mins to get a drink at a time when you are probably in a rush. The people who work in these establishments are completely unhelpful and unfriendly. Newark needs to re evaluate this contract. I pass thru here weekly and it's never any different. Are there any managers or supervisors? They are never present. read more

Selection of product is good with flavors for all ages. IT IS SELF CHECKOUT!!!!! Near international flights at ORD, no one wants to learn how to use a new computer, whether you know the language or not. You also need two hands and there is no pls e to set down your bags. What about real people helping (which they did because I am vocal), greeting, and not eyeballing like you're gonna boost something because they are not on a cash register. read more

She was very friendly, a breathe of fresh air after the extremely rude experiences I had prior. Sorry I didn't yelp this rip-off food stand before I bought a sandwich and water. The sandwich had a lump in the middle of the bread consisting of two slices of meat and one slice of cheese. At $10.99 I shouldn't have to reassemble the sandwich. I asked for mustard and the cashier sent me to another food stand. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. read more

Obviously I should not have expected much at an airport but for $25.00 I expected a little. The folks working gave me what they had left not what I ordered. I only found this out long after I walked to sit down, and then went back and they said well that's all we have. 9.99 for a pre packaged chicken caesar wrap. It tasted fine, but it was mostly chicken and minimal lettuce. Couldn't taste the 'sun dried' in the tomatoes. Too bad CIBO seems to control the entire terminal! Will be sure to put a PBJ in my pocket next time I swing through. read more

This self serve kiosk in terminal C At the Newark airport is staffed by an angry service person. My timing on self checkout did not move fast enough and she yelled: "done, you're done" I had a delayed flight and started my day at 3:30 am so I am sure I wasn't fast enough for her. I will not use this kiosk service again until I get an apology and we know that isn't happening. Customer service skills are needed. read more

This place was terrible. I had sushi and sashimi with unnamable fish. The rice was hard, probably past the sell date and I'm assuming it was in the fridge too long. It also should have come with more then one soy sauce packets. My flight was taking off shortly and I was starving so just needed a little something to eat but this didn't exceed my expectations not even close. Please Cibo express you can do better. Three of the four checkout kiosks are not working. There is a line of people milling around the working machine, and the two employees are slowly wandering behind the counter, making coffee. Took ten minutes to get a cappuccino, and I only got it after asking if it was coming up soon. The employee asked what size I got and then made it. I would not return here again. read more
