From the very beginning, their communication was abysmal. He rarely answered calls or emails, leaving us completely in the dark about the progress of our project. The quality of their work was shockingly poor. Walls were uneven, paint was sloppy, and they made countless errors that required expensive fixes. It was clear they lacked the necessary skills and experience. Their workers were consistently late, and on several occasions, they didn't show up at all, causing significant delays. To make matters worse, they went way over budget without any prior warning or explanation. When we questioned the additional charges, they became defensive and rude. Their lack of professionalism and respect was astounding. All of the good reviews are made up. !!!!!!!!!!!!!AVOID ALBERTO AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm calling on them for the little fixes as well, kitchen, bathroom - I need upgrades...they are reasonable, honest (already-mentioned), and they or his team will come back immediately if anything is unsatisfactory or not to my liking...and fix it. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I recently found out they also have been doing work with my brother-in-law - keeping it in the family! And that's what this team is to me now, family.

It looks rushed and sloppy, nowhere near the quality that was promised. We paid for refinished floors and ended up with a finish that looks unfinished. Even more concerning was their behavior during the job. After agreeing on a price, they repeatedly tried to pressure us into paying more money and blamed us for delays that were caused by their own lack of preparation. The communication was unprofessional and the entire process felt disorganized and chaotic. We trusted this company to know what they were doing, but the results show a clear lack of skill and professionalism. We now have to consider hiring someone else to fix their mistakes. I would strongly caution anyone against using this company.

They have not kept up their home at all, for many, many years. My parents noticed tiles that had fallen off the bathroom shower wall making the shower unusable. The other shower had been out of commission for years due to a plumbing leak. My parents were showering at the gym once a week. Joel came out within a few days after we contacted him and provided a detailed estimate within a day or two which was more than fairly priced. He followed up with us and was called back to the house a few times, to go over the quote and the project with my parents. He was understanding of the situation and spent a lot of time making sure they understood everything, pointing out where everything would go and drawing pictures. He was not pushy and had a lot of patience. The project quickly grew from two bathrooms to two bathrooms with a complete expansion of the master bathroom by reworking the walk-in closet, removal of wallpaper on walls and ceiling, paint of master bathroom, carpet removal, and refinishing hardwood floor. We decided to go with Joel. He was able to start within two weeks. Knowing that he was working with older people, he not only provided my parents with places to get the hardware (plumbing supplies, tile, vanity, paint ect) but he even called to make appointments for them and joined them at the appointments for guidance. If my parents could not make the appointments, he went out of his way to make sure they had choices to choose from. He dropped off a color sample of the vanity and also did a lot of the leg work that my parents couldn't do, which was greatly appreciated. The project was going smoothly. Joel consistently sent updates and pictures of the progress and communicated well with me. Then, when I went to the house to meet with Joel, I noticed the half bathroom downstairs had a water drip. Thats when I convinced my parents to renovate the half bathroom. It didn't prolong the original project. He demoed the bathroom and used the leftover tile and paint from one of the other bathrooms. He went and purchased ALL the supplies, hauled them back to the house and had it done by the timeframe. He finished the project on time and made everything as easy as it could be. He even referred a cleaning service, duct cleaning service, and carpet shampooing service. The finished bathrooms are gorgeous! They did a great job. I would highly recommend using Joel Braun Construction.

The new pavers around the Pavillion add to the new outdoor area in our backyard. Tom Paolino is the general contractor for the company and he guided us through the entire process on choice of pavers, stone, and granite countertops. I wanted Millenium to start earlier than expected for an upcoming party and they pulled through for us. Tom's workers did a wonderful job and if I could give 10 stars I would.

More importantly, he is a perfectionist in his work. He took the time to guide us through the selection of pavers and stone and his recommendations were spot on. The window locks won't engage because the windows are not square. Many of the roof rafters didn't reach the facia board. The roof started to leak where the addition met the original house. The HVAC system never worked correctly. He was doing other jobs at the same time so a lot of days no one showed up. The job took a long time. Then months in to the job he wanted more money. Thousands over the original quote. We said no and He walked off the job and left it half done. He was very rude and nasty. My mom passed away shortly after and when we tried to sell the house it failed inspections for electric, structure, foundation and HVAC. We had to sell as is and lost a lot of money. What a nightmare!
