Second visit, the food was exactly what the boys needed. A variety of different pizzas. All the food provided was good and a good selection of different variety and different pizzas. It was it was cheese pizza pizza, supreme, pizza, meatball pizza, sausage pizza, pepperoni pizza. Good customer service Side note: My kids played a few games with the same results and some other the kids wanted to play the three games along the wall the game started by the most of the hands either didn't let down or didn't go down all the way and another game the ducks are way too low to grab so no chance at a prize - the 1st group of kids all said the hands are dropping too soon/not working properly I guess to time to fill up the prizes or replace machines - all the kids during this visit wanted to continue playing games but felt mislead when the machine didn't produce I am only removing one star - still remaining 4 - after several parents spent close to $40-$60 on pre card games each that adds up a bit especially if you have multiple kids wanting to play- the games are an attraction to the kids it helps if the machines produce - in all the ambiance was nice the food was five stars as my kids have said and as long as they're happy mommy is too! read more

I haven't been here in so long it's still the same looking pizza. Salad bar was delicious but added on wings so that was fabulous the super buffet is 14.99 with 5 wings make. Sure they ask the manager cook to cook them crispy please and thank you it was a little miscommunication with the front counter but we talk too the manager and she fixed everything the establishment is very dirty seems like no one is cleaning tables customers cleaning. Cici's is a cool pizza spot to take the kiddos. It is inexpensive, all you can eat, and they have a little arcade area for entertainment. The seating area is spacious. We had more than enough seating for our large group. It was clean and they had everything set up nicely for us upon arrival. They had plenty of Pizza already out (we arrived when they first opened). I enjoyed the Barbecue Pizza the most. I found out that day that they make your own personal pan if you want something different. We had a good time. Thank you, Parker for bringing some of that old nostalgia back. I have not been to CiCi's in over 5 years, and the last time I have been to this specific location has probably been longer. I came in with low expectations. I expected to see dirty floors/ tables and substandard pizza. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Every employee looked like they enjoyed being there and that started with Parker. He greeted us as we came in. The employees were all attentive. They made us a speciality pizza really quickly. Afterwards, my kids wanted to play in the game room and had a great time. Both wanted to come back soon. And we will... The only downside is that some of the items did take a while to come out. read more

They denied me of receiving plastic silverware because i was dining in, but there silverware is dirty which is why i asked for plastic. They denied my friend access to come in due to the fact she did not want to eat. They also have no pepperoni pizza which is a bit odd to me considering that is one of the most common pizzas. read more

I visited the Bartlett, tn location today. We paid for 2 kids and 2 adults buffet today. After purchasing we realized there was barely any pizza on the bar. My kids both grabbed a slice of pizza but we decided we wanted a refund. I asked for a refund and the manager was being very rude about it. She said since my kids had a few bites of pizza that we could not have a refund. I told her we would pay for the kids but wanted a refund for the adults since we did not eat anything. She refused to refund us for the adult buffets. This manager was extremely rude to us the entire encounter when all we wanted was a simple refund. As I was walking out of the establishment I hear her call be a b****. Thought everyone should know this is how customers are treated at this establishment. read more

The floor of the place was filthy. Covered in stepped on breadsticks and salad toppings. The Latina manager I think was really nice but this one particular very large African American woman was super rude. She cut my personal pizza in the shittiestt way possible, tossed in front of me with an attitude, and just made my entire visit all the more unpleasant. Filthy. I visited on March 17, while visiting my parents in Bartlett. The restaurant was filthy beyond disgusting. There was paper and food debris all over the floor in the dining area, around the buffet, the drink area, and the salad area. There was food debris in the play area and around the candy machines. We were there about 40 minutes or so. During that time, not one table was bussed while we were there and quite a few had left over food and plates on them. No cleaning was taking place. I witnessed several diners having to bus and clean their own tables. Finally, to add insult to injury, there was ONE pizza on the buffet. One. All salad dressing bottles were empty and efforts to get more dressing were unsuccessful. I know staffing can be an issue, but I did count five employees in the restaurant at the time. Sadly, this is not the first problem we've had (especially the no pizza out on the buffet issue) at this specific location. Note that an operations manager did call and apologize. He also offered some free passes, but I refused. Not much point. read more

Second time this has happened to me in a week. I ordered one pizza and a cheese bread to go. 40 minutes later I showed up to order it. They didn't have it ready either time although they told me it would only be 15-20 minutes. This second time was different though. The supervisor Ashley was on the phone with an upset customer who clearly got my order instead of theirs. After she got off the phone she told me it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked why it's taken so long and instead of telling me the truth that they gave my order away, she told me that they've had problems with their ovens even though they had a bar full of fresh pizzas and other Togo orders under the bar.... Cici's is the place to go if you want cheap, quick pizza. Probably should have requested that they make one with exactly what I wanted because what was already on the buffet bar was lame. They do serve everything (except the drinks) to you, so that is a plus. Also, no iced tea to drink. Per an employee, they'd been out for days, but still no sign communicating this to the customers. While the employees are wearing masks (none were wearing them to actually cover their noses), very few were wearing gloves as they advertise, and only one of the guys serving the food (pizza & salad) was wearing gloves. Also, no soap at all in the men's bathroom. When I communicated this to an employee, he immediately went back to the restroom to try to prove me wrong (still no soap!). I went back to the restroom later to find that an incorrect-sized soap refill had been left on the sink; not put into the dispenser, thus no way to get the soap out and onto your hands. It's just cheap pizza buffet. Sometimes you just want to get stupid fat on pizza, and CiCi's pizza is just the place to do it. They make no claim to be the best pizza or use the best ingredients, but they do use good ingredients and make good pizza. For the price it's unbeatable. I've been coming here for twenty years. My biggest complaint is not toward the company but to its customers who don't control children, and make messes. It can get crowded in here. If you come early, you can start the day off fresh and serve yourself before all the gross people show up. I guess when your marketing is geared on being affordable, your clientele reflects that. I was the first customer in the door at eleven. The manager was friendly, they played cool music, and there was a good variety of hot pizzas. The Bartlett police were hanging out there, so security was good. All of the food was labeled well. Over all, lunch today was pretty good. My only other complaint: I've seen them in the past when they were busy, to pull a pie out of the oven, slice it, and put it under the counter so that it's ready when needed. I mean come on y'all, it's Cici's. Your standard chain pizza buffet. The pizza was pretty mediocre and clean enough inside for me to still enjoy my time there and not concerned to have a few slices. Cheap overall, about $23 for 3 adult buffets and 3 sodas. There was a birthday party for a child going on, it's a really good spot for that as there's plenty of space, it's very affordable, plus there's a game room in the back. I wouldn't dare give a mediocre pizza buffet 5 Stars, but for what Cici's is, this location doesn't deserve 3 stars either. read more

The only positive about today's visit was the staff. All nice and friendly. We bought 9 adult buffets plus drinks we wanted water but were told we had to buy those as well so we did sodas instead. The place was extremely dirty. Had to ask for a towel to clean our tables. When we pushed tables together the bottom of table felt disgusting. Not brave enough to visually look under it. Napkin holders were filthy and disgusting to touch. Soup was luke warm but more on the colder side. Salad bar looked gross. Everything visually looked slimy. Being a BIG fan of anything having to do with pizza - it's always nice to find a pizza joint that not only is all about their pizza BUT serve it on an all you can buffet - for super cheap! (adult buffet was only $5.79 and a kids buffet for $4.79 - plus the cost of your drink) I will admit the pizza taste wise isn't anything mind blowing ... it is good but nothing you'll be talking about for days to come. The dinning area is fairly large, well spaced out AND CLEAN. Most importantly though the buffet areas: foods, cutlery, plates and cups have always been nice and orderly and again they are CLEAN. My son and I stop in at least once a month for an after school dinner when his school has a CiCi's Fundraiser Pizza Night (Kudos to CiCi's for supporting the communities schools by offering nights like this) This evening (2/23/17) they had around 8 different pizzas on the buffet. I'd say about half of them was your "standard pizzas": cheese, pepperoni, supreme and so on. Then the others were specialty pizzas, at the time I believe they had a Philly Cheese Steak pizza and a Fiesta Chicken pizza among several others I can't remember the names of haha. They also have 3 smaller bars consisting of a pasta bar, a salad bar and a dessert bar (sadly all the times we have been there they have always had the same 3 dessert pizzas - non of them was very good in my opinion). Another positive for anyone with kids or even adults is that there is a small game room. Most of the games cost 50 cents and a few cost $1.00. There was 3 or 4 driving simulated games, a PAC Man arcade machine, about 6 different claw machines, and a basketball type game. Overall if your wanting a pizza joint that you can go to and eat a little or a lot of pizza AND not spend a fortune while doing so - then this my friend is the place you need to go to. Took the family out for Pi day on 3/14. CiCi's has a special - buy 1 buffet get a second for $3.14. Great! So we go in and are greeted by a long line. We wait a while and finally get our plates and drinks. The pizza was CiCi's mediocre pizza. Some pizzas fresh and others consolidated together all old and cold. The fresh ones were being set out at the end of the buffet so your plate is full Of old and cold before you get to the fresh and hot. Sneaky CiCi's.... If I'm going to pay for, wait in line for and regret eating this pizza... I at least want to do it in a clean place! Not this CiCi's. They should rename it GreaCi's. This place was filth to the Nth degree. Here we go... 1. The carpet was slippery. How can carpet be slippery? But it was. It was also filthy with trash, crumbs, pizza crusts, etc. 2. The booth and window were disgusting. I need to wash my clothes just because I sat down in their greasy hand print covered booth. The crack of the booth seat was full of dirt, trash, crumbs, a cracker. The window had smashed noddles smeared all over it. Nice. 3. The pizza buffet was a disaster. Dirty floor, slippery with slopped around Alfredo sauce. It was splattered everywhere. 4. My wife went to the restroom. I should have said a prayer. She reported, upon her return, the bathroom status. 1st stall was all clogged up. 2nd stall had no toilet paper. Had to get some from nasty clogged stall. No paper towels for sink. 5. On the way back from the restroom, she stopped by the salad bar. Big mistake. It was nasty and all she got was 2 baby carrots and a few little broccoli. When she sat down she said, "I feel like I'm doing penance by eating here." Ouch, CiCi's. 6. I drank a lot of Dr. Pepper so it was my turn for the restroom. I should have said a prayer. The restrooms are down this seedy dark hallway. I went in and the first thing I see is a dead roach on the floor. Violation! This bathroom is so nasty that the roaches die there. Then my eyes gaze over at the toilet papered toilet. Someone had fun. We should have left when we walked in. Big mistake. Learn from me...Don't go here, unless you like nasty. I gave 1 star for soft, limpy pizza and some Dr. Pepper. We're from the North and we always celebrated Pi day at Blaze pizza which is awesome. This Pi day was a mistake! read more

Haven't been here in a very very long time. Having a 9 yr old with me I thought good idea ..variety of pizzas, arcade games. Gotta say 1st impressions of WTH has happened here...cant believe how nasty gross their front doors & glass is. It's like a disease waiting to jump onto your hands!! This location is by far the best location is memphis. They are the cleaniest and friendly location. The manager here is the best. She knows how a pizza business is supposed to be run. The food here is always fresh, that's the main reason I come to this location. The cici's on poplar @ highland is terrible! The food is always cold and the staff there are rude. Gross. My boyfriend and I each picked up a "clean" plate with food stuck on it. Trash all over the floor. Employee attitudes were terrible. My boyfriend found a hair in his food, and something else stuck to his fork. The safest thing in this place was the pre-packaged saltine crackers by the salad bar. This place used to be pretty alright. You'd walk in the staff would greet you pizza was made fresh and they'd take special orders no problem. Tonight we walked in at 9:20 they close at 10 the restaurant still had 6 other tables full and 40 mins is more than enough time to eat. The manager looked at us with this face that said dear lord leave! We grab our trays and the choices were extremely limited! My husband asked for a big Mac pizza. At 9:40 we asked where our pizza was and they said it was coming. Then told our friend that we had 5 mins left and they were closing. Now keep in mind we are adults between 25-30 so we werent being obnoxious or anything. We get the big Mac pizza at 9:45 it was the size of one of their tiny yellow plates. WHAT HAPPENED?!?! I just registered with Yelp right now to rant about how bad this place has gotten. I was going to post this on their FB wall but they smartly enough to offer reviews there. I have coming here for years and it's always been okay. Not great, but it's cheap and the kids love it. They usually have something we like and the salad and desserts have always been adequate but last night ...oh my stars... it was so bad. And they fool you because it looks so good! I should have know by the way on a Friday night at dinner time it was a ghost town but the pizzas were plentiful and looked fresh. As soon as I dove in to my 3 meat slice I immediately realized the crust was half cooked and worse, the sauce tasted metallic like what you'd get out of a can of Spaghetti-Os. Discarded that and went for a stuffed crust. No. Just as weird and undercooked and worse there is no hint of flavor in the crust. It tastes like half cooked biscuit. Not even a trace of saltiness. Moving on we tried the spinach, our all time favorite. The white sauce is at least flavorful but again, the crust had to be discarded. The barbecue sauce pizza was missing toppings. A few stringy bits of what I think may have been canned meat and I think there was cheese although I couldn't find any, just some hard bits that were either gristle or cheese. Crust was again undercooked and entirely unseasoned to the point I couldn't even detect YEAST, making it like a dried out biscuit. My daughter tried the pasta but she only took one bite and said the sauce was gross. And this kid LIKES Spaghetti-Os! I was going to try salad but it looked so dry and unappetizing. The dressing section looked FOUL. There were no tomatoes, the bacon bits were fake and everything else looked like it came from a can including pineapples that were spilling out into the salad mix and the pickle bin. Moving on to desserts... the cinnamon roll tray was empty as it always is. I requested more and they brought some out about 15 minutes later. While we waited we tried "brownies" as they were labeled on a sign above the tray. I don't know what it was, but it tasted VILE. The "brownie" part tasted like hard tack biscuit with maybe a hint of vanilla. The odd part was this viscous fluid topping that was not icing, not custard... I don't know what it was. It was SOUR and tasted vaguely of mayonnaise. There was an apple pizza with a topping that I found okay if you like canned apple pie but again, the crust. I don't know how long it had been sitting there but the crust was like a tasteless dumpling with a dried bit of flavorless biscuit around the edge. Garbage. So basically we got 2 half baked cinnamon rolls and a tepid drink for 18 dollars. The rest was discarded after a few bites. I'd have preferred ordering ice water like MOST restaurants provide but no, they charge for bottled water in a restaurant. If I wanted bottled water I would have brought my own non-wasteful reusable bottle... only you're not allowed to bring in outside drinks. How cheap does a restaurant have to be to be to charge for water? Oh I know, one that OVERCHARGES for drinks! Also, NO ICE, the entire time we were there. I got three pellets in my soda which I had to choose because I didn't want lukewarm tea. I tried later and it was completely empty even after letting them know. I never saw a busser once. I was a little embarrassed at first with our discarded slices piled up but NO WORRIES apparently nobody was picking up anyway. Despite being half empty we were hard pressed to find a clean table in the early part of what should have been peak period. What I truly wonder about though is why both of us started getting sick about an hour later as little as we ate. All night still today we're both tasting that metallic tomato sauce and mayonnaise despite mouth wash and a half tin of Altoids and we both have horrible stomach aches. I will never, ever go back to this place and it's a shame because the employees are all friendly and it's a fun place for kids, but not at the cost of tending to a sick child all night when I am just as ill. read more

Nothing fancy, it is very affordable but it is a little chaotic in there. If you are looking for something fast and cheap then it is fine.

Price was right, sweet tea was good, as for the tables they were cleared of plates, however, never saw anyone wash them and that would explain why I had to use a wipe in my purse to clean my own table. As for the pizza it was barely warm and more like eating cardboard. Not very good to say the least, have had better store bought frozen pizza. The carpet does not look like it has been cleaned with a carpet cleaner in a long while, and music was louder than most restaurants.
