Cici's is a cool pizza spot to take the kiddos. It is inexpensive, all you can eat, and they have a little arcade area for entertainment. The seating area is spacious. We had more than enough seating for our large group. It was clean and they had everything set up nicely for us upon arrival. They had plenty of Pizza already out (we arrived when they first opened). I enjoyed the Barbecue Pizza the most. I found out that day that they make your own personal pan if you want something different. We had a good time. The staff was helpful and courteous as well.

Food.

It was nice once we got the food we asked them to cook but they had absolutely nothing but cold food in the display and it was horrific. When we came in, the lady the front counter was sitting down playing on her phone. The lack of work effort was horrendous.

Nastiest place to eat at !

Horrible ass place to eat at . Girl with the space buns back in kitchen area rude ash . They have hardly any pizza ready and made and the one they have is cold and old ! They take forever . Staff barely working just taking there time and playing around . We asked for a pizza to be made twice it was never brought out to us .. save your money def not worth it !

Fresh, fast, flavorful…read more Went after church with my beau and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Also, a very diverse patronage was there, enjoying the diverse offerings! (sushi, Chinese, American) I enjoyed my meal, and the atmosphere was clean. My one quandary is the weird pink sauce they seem to love drizzling across their sushi. It was so off putting, visually gross, and I won't even tell you the name we gave it when trying to figure out what it was. Upon reflection, I think I do know what it is. I think they are taking surimi (aka imitation krab) and putting it in the blender. Why? I don't know. It's like they drizzled Pepto-Bismol over the sushi. Please stop doing that.

No hordes of mewling and puking urchins...you can hear yourself think...no crowds at the serving counters or the check-in and check-out. What's more, all the food is FRESH and plentiful. Their salad bar is small, but has fresh ingredients. Odd, maybe, but I do like to start with a salad, and this is about the only bar in town where you can assemble a real one. There are some oddly placed combinations of foods. Why chocolate mousse (or pudding?) next to spinach, etc. on the salad bar. Why tinned pears next to cooked shrimp? But we can just call that part of the amusement. Face it: This isn't fine dining. But it is fun dining.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and kept our drinks filled while making sure our table had everything we needed. The customer service was easily the highlight of the visit. Since it's a buffet, there was a nice variety of food to choose from. They had classic Chinese favorites, seafood, noodles, fried rice, dumplings, desserts, and more. I tried a little bit of everything, and while nothing really stood out as exceptional, everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly acceptable. It was a solid buffet experience without any major complaints. The restaurant itself was clean, and the buffet stations stayed organized even during the lunch rush. Food was refilled regularly, so there was never much waiting for fresh items. If I had to rate the food alone, I'd say it was average. It wasn't the best buffet I've had, but it wasn't disappointing either. The real reason I'd come back is because of the excellent service. The staff treated our entire group with kindness and professionalism, which made the lunch enjoyable. Overall, Pacific Fusion is a good option if you're looking for a buffet with plenty of choices and outstanding customer service. It's also a great place for larger groups since they handled our party of eight with ease. I'd definitely return, especially for another work lunch.

In terms of the food, I enjoyed the variety of American and American-inspired Chinese food. My son enjoyed the fried fish and chicken. I appreciated the service, which was quick and they were constantly checking. The ambiance is nice. I like the fish tank. It gave me a sense of nostalgia. I had the Mongolian bar, and it was just okay. I didn't try the sushi but it looked fantastic. My son was ecstatic about the selection of ice cream. Overall, it was pretty good for a buffet.

This restaurant offers to-go buffet, dine-in buffet or to-go menu items…read more Food: SC6 shrimp, calamari, potatoes and corn. I disliked their Cajun seasoning, it was bland. The quality of their shrimp was smaller than I expected in comparison to their nearby competitors in Bartlett. This menu item comes with 2 pcs of Texas toast 2 hush puppies, is the perfect perks for this meal. The price is average. Kids prices varies depending on age. There is two separate pricing options for their buffet; seafood or soul food option. Same goes for take out buffet. Service: friendly, large parties subject to additional fees (gratuity, etc.) for dining in. Ambiance: casual, clean (they scored a 90 score from health department), family friendly, lots of security cameras inside and out, private parking. Parking lot is secure but is in bad shape, potholes, uneven surfaces etc. Definitely check all to-go orders before leaving the counter!!!! My order was incorrect but they made it right. Why the one star: they tried to convince me my order was not incorrect, the parking lot conditions is not ideal for those who are disabled, lack of available hand sanitizers around the buffet areas, and pricing display menu is tricky and pricey for the seafood selection. Take caution: Definitely not the best seafood option in this area.
