I came in Saturday November 1st to get some lunch with my wife and 2 kiddos (1 and 2 years old). Paid for our food, grabbed some high chairs and got everyone situated. I then went to get everyone drinks when the store manager DWIGHT stepped out in front of me and said "Flip Your Shirt Inside out" I said Excuse me? He then said I needed to flip my shirt inside out or leave. He said "We don't allow profanity" my shirt said the word (A$$) it was a political shirt that says "I was going to be a Democrat for Halloween but my head wouldn't fit up my A$$". I was confronted by this Stuck up store manager because of the word a$$ (I've seen worse stuff on shirts and hoodies etc etc in that same Cicis) I was told to flip it out or leaved based on DWIGHT's political views. I calmly said "We Will Leave" and I said can I get a refund and he said yes and walked up to the front and waved me and my wife and kids over. My kids of course started crying everyone was starring at us. My wife got super embarrassed and we left. Mind you nobody said anything about my shirt only Dwight. So if you have right winged political views and or you are conservative and show that. Be expecting Dwight's cry baby self to come kick you out. I've already been in contact with the owner who is in the process of selling Cicis. I will keep blasting what happened to me all over social media. It isn't right how I was treated. How my wife was treated. And how my little kids didn't get to eat until hours after this. I will do everything in my power to make sure cicis suffers from this. And cicis you need to teach your employees to learn how to shut up and mind there own business. read more

This Cici's was right on target for their reputation for a pizza and salad buffet at reasonable prices. The staff were diligent about practicing social distancing,disinfecting tables, food and drink prep areas kept clean for dining in. The staff were friendly and kept the buffet full. They continue to accept requests for pizza flavors and quickly fulfilled it. No complaints here. read more

Let's be honest it's not the greatest pizza in the world, but it's not awful either. For the price it's super cheap to feed to hungry boys, and mama love their pasta salad. This particular location is very clean and friendly. Stay away during heavy rush times because they will not have a seat. The small arcade is all the motivation my lil guy needs to eat his food too. Decent pizza, small salad bar, but a true bargain. Hard working employees. Cashiers are always friendly. Unfortunate that the customers allow their kids to run through the isles. It does get crowded. Lines do form. Those who clear the tables are very friendly, helpful, fast. Good bunch of people. It's the customers that make it lacking at times. read more

Yes, Yes, I know what you are all saying (preferably in a Craig Ferguson like Scottish accent): "Robert, why are YOU reviewing Cici's??? And WHO'S THAT AT THE DOOR?!?!?!?!" In reviewing Cici's I could sit here and either excoriate the quality of the product, or alternatively deliver effusive praise of the bargain. And both are true. This is not good pizza. Honestly, its not even marginal pizza. But it is all you can eat for dirt cheap. And that creates a bit of a conundrum when it comes to selecting a final rating. Do you judge a place exclusively on the quality of the product, or do you place that product inside of a context? I think either is a valid approach. In this case, i'll take the latter. If you are looking for a cheap meal, Cici's is pretty hard to beat. As another reviewer noted, it is very kid friendly, so if you've got a family, not a bad option to feed the horde. The service tends to be very friendly, and is usually quite attentive. You can order a special pie, they will make it for you, and then bring it over to you to take some slices before putting it on the buffet. This place isn't classy, and its certainly not my first choice for a good pie. But its cheap, its fast, and you leave well fed. Sooo... yeah. Its Ok. Good. Nothing ever upsets my stomach accept Cici's pizza. I literally hate this place the pizza is horrible. My room mate loves it because it is cheap and he can eat his heart out. (Which is weird cause he's a personal trainer) Sure if you want cheap pizza then dig in cause this is the place but I would NEVER refer to Cici's as QUALITY pizza. This place is bunz. Was going to give a 2 star but the WiFi is terrible because it took 20 minutes to download yelp to give this review. Pizza is terrible, very greasy and not worth the money. They wouldn't let me get a kids cup because I wasn't 10 ((Excuse me for being 11) and only wanted a small drink. They also wouldn't let me sit by the window because I only ordered a drink which is ridiculous.(I later went and got a buffet) Do you know how much pizza I would have to eat to break even with only buying a drink? Also the cashier was very rude and I felt disrespected. Never coming again and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Cheap prices, It's like $4.95 for their all you can eat buffet, and if you want to order your own pizza, it's also resonably priced. They have the largest variety of pizza in the area. The quality is excellent. The employee's working there are usually really nice. Great place to take the kids, as they have a small game room to keep them occupied. Great if your on a budget but want quality pizza. They have yummy dessert pizza on their buffet line, such as chocolate, maple, and apple. Would definetly recommend. read more

I love their pizza sometimes. However, I would not like to sit and eat there. I came there to take out. I usually order the whole pizza to go, and do it once or twice a year I guess. Hence, today I would like to do a buffet take out. One slice of pizza is $.75 and $.50 for a sweet roll. That was fine since I do not need to eat much anyway. I got 4 slices pizza, 23 cinnamon rolls, and 2 small cheese breads, and I forgot to get the marinara. When we finished paying, I said, "oh I forget to get the sauce" hence, I was trying to grasp a baby pity cup and asked her if she has a top for me" she looked at me with an attitude, " that is $ .50" It was not that I could not afford the .50 cent, but I hated the way she said it. I will never go here again. There is million pizzas out there. It is closed to my place, and because today I want to have cici's pizza, but I will not go there anymore. I would choose domino and pizza hut,( delivery) mellow mushroom, Mojo's or damn good pizza if I eat out next time. Cici's pizza charges $ 5 or 6 dollars for people come in there to eat, and some of these people just eat and waste the food. Yet, they could not give me a little baby cup of red sauce. I did not care about that cup, but at least explained it to me in nicer way since I did not have much experiences about what being charged for money and what is not going to charge. I give 4 stars because cinnamon rolls, pizza, and a friendly guy who cooking the pizza ( even most of stuff is frozen), and 0 stars for her ( the cashier/ count each slice of pizza). I add it up and divide by 2. Thus, I give them 2 stars. I will never go there again. I don't die if I don't eat there. read more
