We don't have this in Hawaii so when ever I go to Florida we stop on in for $10.99 adult buffet variety of pizzas which you can ask to make a pizza you desire and a salad bar and a small pasta bar drinks are separate being from Hawaii that's a deal. There is a lot of seating and the location I went to in Orlando close to Disney world had a game room for kids. The atmosphere was chill but loud our service was nice. Don't forget to tip them.... Years ago, I used to frequent this location at least once a month (or more) so I knew the layout and what to generally expect of the dining experience. I do truly hope my recent visit was a total negative fluke and not the norm, as that would indicate this location should close completely. The young gentleman at the register expressed dissatisfaction that no gratuity/tip had been added for the pre-paid charges. After putting some pasta in a bowl, I approached the pizza area and discovered there was only a total of three on the line, and each was missing about half of the slices. One didn't look appetizing, so I got two sliced of the buffalo chicken. I placed my food on the table and went to get my drink. The was unsweet iced tea readily available, so that was a very good thing. When I picked up a slice of the pizza it found it to be surprisingly cooler than room temperature, which would seemingly be impossible. Almost immediately I could see that several new pizzas were being put on the serving table. I grabbed a new fresh plate and got a few fresh slices. When I went to the end where I'd acquired my original slices, I put my hand on the warming table and found . . . nothing. No heat whatsoever. That explained my first pieces. I hated to waste food, but I discarded the original slices. The new ones were much fresher and hotter but not very tasty. The salad area looked clean, and there was frost around the top edges of the container that holds all the items, so temperature was not an issue. There was not a good amount of iceberg lettuce, and what was there was very wilted. The croutons and black olives were great. The dressings were being maintained rather well too. There were two team members who occasionally made sure the area of discarded plates and trash wasn't too messy, but I didn't see any of them busing the tables, and several tables did need that in a big way. I can't recommend this location to others. Their 'saving grace' is the amount of tourist traffic of the neighboring hotels, but that only gets you business that won't become regular. read more

Worst Cici's we have been at in Orlando and we've been to a bunch. We came in late in the evening so we give a little grace for that. They told us that we couldn't sit in the back half of the restaurant because they were cleaning it but all the tables in the front area except for one were dirty. Just cups and used plates on all the rest of the tables. The employees were all cleaning parts of the kitchen instead of restocking food and making sure there were available tables. The pizza buffet was practically empty and not restocked so I had a choice of Mac n cheese pizza, buffalo pizza or French bread pizza. The salad bar was sitting out not cold and the ranch dressing was empty. They do not have water unless you buy bottled water. The button on the soda machine is missing. The brownies are mushy...like not cooked at all. I understand fudge brownies....thats not this. They are NOT like that at other Cicis. We had an employee ask us if we were going to eat more about 15 minutes before closing. It was awkward. We just decided to leave. read more

I'm sorry to leave a bad review but people should be warned... This is some of the worst pizza I've ever had and I'd like to let you know why. First of all what do you expect for $12 pizza "buffet". The quality of the pizza is horrendous. It is the thinnest crust you could possibly imagine but not in a good way. Also they barely put any sauce on it. It's like they take a brought dry paintbrush and barely wipe it across. You're ready. Thin crust. Cheese is nonexistent. They use some sort of a liquefied or thinly sliced cheese. The pizza is cooked. But there's nothing there. If you hold the pizza up, it immediately falls down like a limp piece of ultrathin bread or more like a wet cracker. They do have a salad bar. It's gotten minimal things in it. What I basically paid $12 for with some lettuce some ranch dressing and and the soda. I would've done better licking the pizza than eating it. My friend that came with me literally got up and went into the bathroom and threw up. You should look at the reviews online or go on YouTube and look at the quality of the pizza this is the Cicis pizza on 192. There's a reason why it's a $12 buffet. The dough is super thin like a wet cracker, there's barely any sauce on there. Cheese is nonexistent and things like pepperoni and stuff are barely on the pizza. They use a lot of oil and it's very greasy so to your tongue it's got substance but after you eat a slice of too, there's nothing there. One of my favorite places to take the kids. From mac and cheese pizza to barbecue chicken flatbread there's something for everyone. This location was clean and the pizzas kept coming. It seemed like every time something ran out they were already ready to replace it. The employees are really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend saving some room to try their dessert pizzas. They don't serve tap water upon request. They removed the water tap from the soda machine. You can't get water unless you purchase a bottle of water for $2.50. They removed the water tap at the soda machine and don't provide any water cups. I thought there are laws that food businesses must provide free tap water to paying customers that request it. I think it is just basic reasonable food service business practice as a minimum. I have never been to a Cici's that didn't provide tap water, so this is a first and the reason for their low deserved rating. read more

This store is doing bait and switch tactics. They have an advertising stating Florida Residents will pay $4.99 and do not need to buy a beverage. When I went to pay the Manager Jose said his Manager instructed him to demand the customer purchase a Large beverage in order to get the discount. On top of that, when I received my receipt it shows they charged me $5.99 a person. When I asked the manager said the price at this location is different bc of the location. My family and I are locals to this store and will never return here. I am also posting this on Yelp and Google. I've never been to a Cicis before. My stepson was really wanting pizza so we decided to give it a try. It was $7.99 a person for all you can eat pizza. You pay as you enter so you don't have to wait for a bill at the end of eating which was nice. They had pizza, a small pasta station, desserts, and a salad bar. If you're wanting some protein/meat- you're not getting it here unless you order a side of wings. The buffet is essentially a carb overload. The pizza was surprisingly good. I especially liked the thin crust pizza. They had a good variety of options- Mac n cheese pizza, meat lovers, Hawaiian, bbq chicken, etc. The dessert pizzas were really good as well. Due to covid- you take your pizza spatula at the beginning of the buffet and drop it in a bucket at the end of the buffet- seems like a good system to me! Masks are obviously required and there was a worker cleaning tables constantly. You are expected to put your dirty dishes on the dirty dish area. The salad bar....was a buffet salad bar. Nothing spectacular. I couldn't bring myself to try the cucumbers as they were in some liquid bath. Everything else on the salad bar was acceptable and I liked that it had chickpeas as an option. We were vacationing down in Florida and wanted to eat at Cici's. In New Jersey where we live does not have many Cici's any longer. The eatery was in a nice sized space. This is a all you can eat buffet that includes pizza, pasta, and desserts. You can also order wings on the side as well. On a side note, if they don't have the pizza on the buffet you can always request it. Drinks and sodas are not included with the buffet, but you can always ask for water. Overall, pretty good place to to get your pizza fix on. There is some soups and salads as well available so its not all about the pizza. Its located next to a souvenir shop with good amount of parking. The store manager when we went was very nice and accommodating. read more

This place gets four stars because it gets four stars for being what it is. Course this is not a four-star restaurant and of course you aren't going to get high quality food but you don't go to this place for high-quality food. You go to this place for fast food that you can cram down your neck when you're exhausted from going to the parks. And for that purpose, it is perfect. The little kiosk next-door to the right has coupons if you buy two large drinks and one dinner you get the Second dinner free. I took five teenagers and the entire bill was $40. Plus a slice in my hand out the door for the dog LOL can't beat it. They have at least 10 different kinds of pizza on the buffet at any given time. Their salad bar is better than most cici's. Place is big and roomy and there are tables for as many as 12 people. The buffet was always full. Place is full of kids running around although I didn't really see any that were behaving too badly. Although this Cicis franchise has 18 locations, each location is a totally different experience. How empty it was during my lunch hour was something to really take a look at. The pizza and food was awesome but the staff was very cold and unfriendly making the experience very short of being pleasurable. You can have the best food in a 50 million dollar restaurant but if your staff doesn't generate a friendly vibe, you might as well close your doors. Is it empty because of Covid-19? Absolutely not.
