Genuinely worst customer service ever, the lady at the front just looks like she's done with life and doesn't give af, she proceeded to take 20 seconds to take my order while she was right infront of me and I ordered just fries and proceeded to wait 10 minutes just for my fries to still not be out while there was literally fries in the warmer the entire time i was there plus she moves at like 1mph, after 10 minutes i just left without picking up my food cause i wasn't waiting there another minute, im not someone who typically complains or leaves reviews but sometimes it gets to a point read more

I don't know why this place has poor reviews because this place was really good! My boyfriend and I came one morning before our last day at Disney world. We were near this Walmart and decided to come eat here super quick. My boyfriend was craving a salad which they served here! I ended up wanting to get a crispy chicken BLT sandwich with some onion rings. Pricing: -Crispy Chicken BLT: 7.49 -Onion Rings: 4.99 -Cesar Salad: 4.99 +2.49 for crispy chicken Total: $21.46 Items I tried: -Crispy chicken BLT with onion rings: boyyyyy this was so good. This was made fresh in the morning so it was SUPER hot. The chicken was light and crispy, and the bun was so soft. I completely obliterated this when I got to the Epcot's parking lot. It's okay. Just okay. I should have known not to expect too much when it was located inside a Walmart, but I did hope for better. I ordered a single cheese burger, which came with ketchup, mustard, raw onions, pickles, lettuce and tomato. All of that sounds good. But it was just okay. I wouldn't go as high as good. The place is clean and the person at the counter was okay. The prices are a bit high, in my opinion. Especially the cost for a soda. I understand that this how many restaurants make a lot of their profits, but it's still not necessary to charge so much. All-in-all, it was okay. Might be a bit confusing to find this hidden burger gem. Located inside The Walmart. I have heard a lot about this delightful burger so decided to make the drive down the road. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly, she helped me pick out just the right one. Due to COVID there is limited seating, but still plenty of room. Takes a bit of time to prepare, cause after all this is a burger like your made Wayback. Not that fast food jobber. About the same time as it would take at a sit down and order place. When the food arrived I took a bite, and best Samuel L Jackson voice shouted that is truly a tasty burger. Onion ring so fresh, one would think they have a garden out back. Truly some good treats and well worth looking for a parking space. They wrap up the food so nice it's like your birthday or Christmas, can't wait to come back and open my gifts again. read more

This Walmart in Florida doesn't have McDonalds in it. They have Wayback Burgers. They have great burgers here and their fries are delicious!!! They have delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, a variety of sides and salads and their fries and onion rings are good. Do not waste your $. The fist time we ordered from here in Dec it was amazing! Tonight. Nope. Not even close. Fries were old. Mac and cheese bites no flavor. My single craft your own burger had half the burger , looks like someone ate it already. The lettuce was old. So much Mayo that the onion pieces not even rings slid off. And no ketchup like asked. The big easy was just as bad. No sauce like it said. Same onions pieces. Mac and cheese bites were burnt and cold. Fries were cold and loaded with old oil. The entire meal was not worth it since the venue it only 2 miles away you would think the meal be hot or at least warm. This was cold. Took over and hour! Again do not waste your money. We live in Central Florida and when you have family visit, they most likely stay near Disney. Well, my visiting family does! Now, Walmart is very unique when you are on this side of town. Walmart here caters to the tourists. With that being said, I've never been to a Wayback burger joint nor have I heard of one but to my surprise they are located in several states! One word, amazing burgers! The quality of meat and style is almost like a Whataburger restaurant. I know this place is categorized as a fast food joint but it should be considered as a gourmet burger joint! Quality is amazing, ingredients taste fresh and they offer a large variety of other items on the menu. I recommend the chicken Cesar salad, it tastes great! I was chilling with a friend and she decided to order from this restaurant via Uber eats. I'm not quite a fan of Uber eats nor of restaurants that I've never ate at but I decided to try it anyway. When I first took a bite into the burger wow was I am amazed at how tasty it was, even though it had mustard on it, the sandwiches stuff was still delicious, cook to Perfection and well done. I also had the cheesy fries with bacon but it appeared that the cheese had been on it for quite some time, it wasn't sticky and gooey like I usually like it. It was more like plastic but I'm going to assume that just because of the time that it had been passed. I'm EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. I ordered via the app and by the time I got there, the burgers were hot but the fries were cold, hard and brown (overcooked, dirty oil). My mom tried to eat the fries but halfway through just couldn't stomach them anymore. When we tried to ask if we could get a better set of fries, the manager, Madison, rudely rejected our request and told us that it was OUR fault for coming a few minutes after the order was completed. She also said that the only way to get new fries would be to buy a new set. You would have thought the fries were coming out of HER paycheck. Fresh food made to order. If you google it, it will not tell you of course that it's located insert Walmart. So you won't end up circling the block like we did. Nothing like eating your meal in a warehouse next to twenty beeping cash registers. I'd give the location no stars. Negative, even. Burgers are the burger-fi type with thin, juicy patties and lovely fresh toppings. You can build your own or get a couple of basic signature burgers like a double bacon or a barbecue with onion rings. Very well-priced at around $6.50. The regular size French fries add-on is enormous but eat them quick - their crunch turns rather tough as they get cold. Fries and a drink were around $3 to add to a burger. This place would be a great addition to Kissimmee if it was stand-alone, even in a strip mall, but with the unwelcoming Walmart location (not to mention that insane parking lot full of confused tourists) I won't be back. However I might get delivery, and would definitely stop into one in another city. Four stars for very good food and very friendly service, though. read more
