To make matters worse, the receipt said they would be ready to pick up at 5:00 PM, but the shop closes exactly at 5:00 PM, which makes absolutely no sense. When I picked up my pants, they couldn't locate them because they had my phone number under a different name. My receipt had my correct name and phone number on it. You would think whatever they printed out would be what's in their system. If a business is going to charge top-tier prices for basic alterations, they need to manage their scheduling and organization properly. Extremely frustrating experience.
