Her service was excellent, she was very attentive and thorough, as well as such a positive demeanor! I made the spontaneous choice to dye my hair jet black. My hair was so dark and I had the palest white skin. It looked good in photos but in person, the color was harsh for my style. I can't tell you what a nice treat it was to get my hair done after all this covid mayhem! I showed up to the salon excited but cautious and a bit nervous. Turns out there was no need to be. Everyone was wearing a mask and they have Installed nice glass partitions on every station including the front desk. As always everyone was nice and helpful and it was so nice to catch up with old friends from the salon. I get my hair cut with Sonia and Nathan depending on who is available on the day I come see Heather for my color. I drive in from Santa Monica so I try to make the most out of my time while I'm there by getting a deep conditioning treatment and replenish my favorite hair products like the R+Co moisture lotion for my wash and go days and the texturizing spray by Oribe for those days when I blow dry my hair and I want hold and volume. The drive is also always so pleasant, except on summer weekends if you're in a hurry. Cant say enough good stuff about this salon and everyone who works there! read more

The color did not last 2 weeks because it was so poorly done. She fits every LA stereotype, the superficiality, (not to mention the plastic surgery!), and she proceeded to talk poorly about me in my presence with her assistant. She takes it very seriously and is very careful with my baby fine hair, that breaks with too much bleach... but she knows how to give my hair some sparkly highlights without weakening my hair. ( others have over bleached causing my hair to break... and that was just doing subtle highlights) I had always wanted the hair colour that several of the Victoria Secret models have, kind of that girl next door sweet caramel with gorgeous warm blonde highlights..
