Had a respectable policy prevented the transaction, I would have respected a clear explanation. Instead, I encountered no apparent effort to problem-solve or provide basic customer care. I ultimately left both the defective product and the $500+ purchase behind. For a store that relies on loyalty and client experience, this was a remarkable failure of customer retention. One poor interaction does not erase the many good ones I've had here, but when the person in leadership is the least interested in helping, it changes how you view the store.
