I had not experienced this as a previous customer before and decided not to even walk into the shop from all the unprofessional hostility shown to people simply minding their own business - I walked away as I felt unsafe. NO NO SHOKE SHOP IS RIGHT. Lawsuit waiting to happen. zero Has anybody ever heard of manners? Helping out another customer and I'll mention they are really not friendly cashier at the No No Smoke Shop, there was a disposable Vape that had roll down to the ground I didn't want anybody else grabbing or tripping on it so she was helping somebody I picked it up because it was literally right there in the area where the cord's are where you would go behind the desk. So I picked it up off the floor grabbed a drink and waited for her to be done with another customer the phone rang and right when I was putting my drink down to grab it she decides to grab my bag and MY OTHER Vape touching the top of it which is a brand new one that I had bought from another smoke shop the day before which is a 6000 hit flum instead of Ask me what I put in my purse, but did I have anything in my (bag) no I didn't have a purse .... Wtffffff !!! Never once reached inside my bag it was closed I had my shopping in there including a glass collection item for my daughter's birthday only time I went into my bag was right in front of her to put the trash in there and right when my hand was free before she was going to grab my stuff and about knocked my bag out of my hand and my brand new iPhone and if that had cracked they would've been buying me a brand new phone or screen but if you carefully were to watch you would see exactly what was going on. I have probably never felt that I embarrassed really not for myself but for her because I have worked in retail and managed retail and then the regional business manager over multiple businesses. And knowing those laws the list some thing is made right for her putting her Germy during this Covid time hands on An expensive Vape, that I can't use now hands=money=contact =COVID can't have that happen when I have kids , but Attorney could go to town with us I feel disrespected this is a mess of a shop I mean I got a little portable vape to fill with juice and this was a week ish back came in next day it was burning my lip and leaking juice but still haven't fixed it. Now they have a big mess to fix embarrassing me... kicking anxiety and ptsd in (yeah it's real). I mean is security stupid too they should be held accountable for this too. Terrible service!! I have been a customer of Nono Smoke Shop for over 10 years. Went earlier than n the week to buy a couple of cigars. Attendant was not at counter. After a few minutes she walked in from back of store. Asked her for assistance with cigar humidor. With an attitude, she told me to choose first without opening the humidor. After I chose a couple, she did not hand them to me stating that I could not touch them until paid! If you know anything about cigars that run from $10 to 20 dollars a piece, is that you look for freshness and no mold. Much like choosing fruit at the grocer! I asked the attendant for her manager and she said she was the owner. ... I truly doubt that. The real owner wants to sell. This employee was just rude. She refused to hand me the cigars and asked me to leave the store!! Unbelievable!! Thankfully there is another smoke shop down the street. Unfortunately for Nono Smoke Shop, I will never return. Usually i buy my glass elsewhere, but this ten minute drive was closer to home. They vary in product but it's not grand quality selection either. I've owned many quality glass pieces, I came in with the intentions of buying a bubbler and left with a bong, the glass on the bubblers and even most of the bongs for the price range I was looking for where very poor in quality. For the amount that I spent on a bong that was marked higher then what I purchased it for I could of gotten better quality. I took the bong because it was 20 more dollars then the bubbler. A pink sandblasted bong. It was very thin , I've never owned glass so thin. If it were to topple over, it'd break.. Poor quality, I needed something right then and there which is why I purchased. Basically I just don't agree with pricing. 3 stars only because the gentleman who helped was very friendly, inviting and somewhat knowledgeable. Remi is very nice when you buy from the shop. However, try to take back something that malfunctioned and he is loud and down right mean! I bought a vape setup specifically for THC oil and another for crumble. He seemed very educated in marijuana vaping, allowing me to try one of his homemade THC oil cartridges in the shop. I thought he gave me a good deal until shortly after it started to leak, badly! I took it back to him only asking to get what I paid for to work. He started yelling at me and asking if I expected him to take from his own pocket to give to me. I felt like crying! Went into NONO looking for somthing new. All my places sold the same basic things. At first we honestly couldnt find the location. Only reason i took off a star no big sign. make sure to look at the window for the nono smoke shop sign. I wish i could give them 4 1/2 just based on Remy. Friendliest man ive ever met at a smoke shop. When we walk in he said hello and welcomed my girlfriend and I to look around while he finished helping the couple that was already there. We saw alot of things for cheaper then places we have been. But there was some great looking thick glass pieces i have never seen anywhere and they had them at an amazing price. When the couple left Remy helped us with every question i had. We went practicaly through the whole store and discussed many of the great water pipes they had in stock. after it all though we ended up going home with the piece that first caught my eye.
