Place is trash. Wanted some papers for rolling and a couple other things. Had seen this place on my commutes to work. Decided tonight 1/19/2022 to check it out. Walked in, 3 people employees taking. About what to drink and eat totally ignored me Like I didn't existed. Just saw me and kept talking. I stood there like an idiot. I felt foolish. Walked out quick. Live a few blocks away from this smoke shop.bought a few pieces from here always been satisfied with what i get. Half the time i come in its mostly just to see what might need to save up for. But even though i only buy things on occasion. The owner is always laid back and doesnt seem to mind answering my questions. Couple days ago went to buy a new coil for my gpen and instead of trying to sell me somthing i didnt need right away he helped me find out what i needed. turns out my charger died over night so it just never charged. This is basically a joke of a business. The owner must understand he is represented by the people he let's run it. Under no circumstances can you ever alow your employees to act in that way and expect return customers. After being ignored by the kid on the cell phone, I decided to go spend my money elsewhere. After seeing me walk away he said "can I help you?" He got very offended as I said "suuuure" leaving the store. He ran out to me in the parking lot telling me to "say it to my face, so I can kick your ass", and "Suck my d*ck!" I really wish he had that excitement when I walked in, then maybe I wouldn't have had to go to the competitor right down the road. I went in and bought baggies, blunts , and a bottle of pepper spray caught my eye, so I bought that too, the packaging it came in was smacked and looked like it was opened before , but the guy assured me it wasn't so I believed him , I get home and read the label and it is clearly past the expiration date. So today I try to exchange it if they had more , (the same guy yesterday told me it was the only one) and they had a brand new one with packaging in tact so I asked the guy to exchange the one I got yesterday since it was expired. The guys looked at it and said I had used it many times already, and that the expiration date was actually when it was made. But he would listen to me when I tried to point out where it says expiration date. So he gave me back the used packaging and said he couldn't exchange it. That is shady ass business, I work not even a block away so I came here out of convenience but I will go out of my way to a different place to avoid shady underhanded business like this, I mean really ? U couldn't exchange a expired product u sold me yesterday to keep a customer? I'm not looking for a free handout I just want what I paid for. But I guess the guy is consumed by greed read more
