When I entered I heard DJ music and there were sofa seatings as well as many tables around the wall. There is a large bar directly in front of you and a large humidor with a large selection of cigars in the rear. The shopkeeper came out with a sandwich board and told the people that they had to move down the sidewalk so that he could put out his signage. He was not conducting business during the parade. He was just out there, puffing on his cigar. Why couldn't he have waited until after the parade was over to put out his signage that advertised cheap cigarettes boxes?!
