What a great new cigar lounge focused on brining a community of like-mined smokers, both novice and experienced, together under an umbrella of expertise, passion and hospitality! I was greeted immediately by the owner and their resident cigar "sommelier", David. He asked all the right questions to identify the best sticks for my pallet and experience. He was also a fountain of knowledge of the history of various brands and manufacturers which made it a pleasure to just sit back and enjoy the journey! From the minute I stepped through the doors, I felt welcomed and at ease. This place has great plans for member events, local business collaborations (think bourbon and cigar pairing events) and facility renovations (patio seating with TVs). So excited to visit again with the boys and get the word out on this amazing establishment!

    Excellent selection

They have a nice selection of cigars and they are not overpriced. One thing I noted that I think makes a difference to new smokers. Is they identify the strength of the cigar mild, medium or full body. If you are serious Smoker and want to have a locker they do rent lockers in the price is $300 per year. Humberto told me that they instituted a new rule this year that a person must purchase 52 Cigars per year. They also sell pipes, cigar cutters, and lighters. They do not sell alcohol nor are you allowed to keep alcohol in your locker if you decide to purchase one. I have to say, this place has a lived in feel! The wood floors counter in furniture add to the oral field and character of the place. Reminds me of Cuba except here there's air conditioning and ceiling fans. They have those in Cuba. I was trying to come up with the the feeling here that the owners are trying to create an I believe that word is community. Cigar Smoker if they're not doing it as a fad or a different breed, we like to enjoy our hobby our passion for Cigars wanting to know where the filler is from the binder and the wrapper. Giorgio's is one of two restaurants located in the beautiful Hotel Granduca across from Uptown Park. This is a very nice and upscale property with both valet and self parking available. When I made the reservation I initially chose inside dining but after arriving we decided to take advantage of their offer to sit outside to take advantage of their lovely patio by the pool and the very pleasant outdoor temperature that evening after a nice rain. We were seated near the door where the pianist was playing nice music inside that allowed us to enjoy it. Giorgio's HRW 3 course dinner this year was $39 and I ordered the Burrata Panzanella Salad as my first course followed by Cavatelli Bolognese for the second finishing with the Flourless Chocolate Cake for the third. While waiting we were brought some bread along with trays of peanuts, potato chips and popcorn which was a little unusual but no one complained about free food. I must say that all of my 3 courses were excellent tasting. The Burrata salad had a large serving of the above named cheese with fresh tomatoes, olives and ciabatta bread that was cool in temperature and I could have eaten another serving because it was so good. The pasta bolognese was equally delicious except warm in temperature with the Akaushi beef making a delicious bolognese sauce over the cavatelli. Finally the cake was fresh and full of chocolate flavor with berries and Nutella alongside a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream. This was a perfect finish for what was a fine meal. The outdoor setting was also perfect and one that I wouldn't hesitate to repeat. So why do I only give 4 stars? For some reason not understood by anyone in our party was the fact that this entire experience took us 3 hours from being seated to paying the checks for our 3 course dinners. They didn't appear to be too busy that night so I'm not sure why it took so long. Our group did enjoy our time together and filled it with good conversation but still this dinner should have taken at least 1 hour less. Talking about a slow relaxed pace for dinner....this was a little too slow. I would still be happy to return.

The vibe always gives cozy-meets-classic energy(like what I imagine the Gryffindor Common Room would feel like if it had a full bar, vintage chandeliers, and a DJ that NEVER misses!) I wish I remembered his name, but he's been a regular for a while and knows exactly how to read the room. The set usually starts slow and gets progressively better, so by 11 PM, the place is packed. But if you get there earlier, you can grab one of the plush couches, which I love. In this age of "section culture," it's refreshing to find a spot where you can sit comfortably without paying a premium. The bartenders are another reason I keep coming back. Even when it's busy, they're attentive, friendly, and quick with orders. It's rare to find a place serving well-crafted cocktails under $15 in downtown, and Dean's manages to keep that energy, especially during happy hour. From the glowing red lighting to the vintage mirrors, curated menu, and easygoing crowd, Dean's gives you a lounge vibe without the pretense. Whether you're just stopping in on a spontaneous night out or for a thoughtful date night, it's always a good call.

Only thing I'd like to see eventually would be to see some high cocktail tables at the front patio close to the gate so patrons can see over the gate (without having to stand ) and ppl can see the patrons to attract more patrons . The parking lot once crowded can be a hassle so next time will park along the side instead of the back, got blocked in and that's wasn't fun but quickly resolved . I will definitely be back when I need that Sunday late afternoon fix and some jazz !! Check them out on social media for the live music nights nice atmosphere all around!!
