The manager alone approached their table multiple times while we struggled to receive basic assistance. Meanwhile, we waited nearly 45 minutes for smoothies, had difficulty getting anyone's attention, and had to physically get up from our table more than once just to receive assistance. As the night continued, it became increasingly apparent that other ethnicities were receiving noticeably better and more attentive service than we were.
