TERRIBLE! DO NOT waste your money on shitty products AND SHITTY SERVICE! Point and case: I just wasted $24 on a new 5-pack of coils and ALL were duds (no coil detected). When I went back just 1 hour later with my original receipt and my old coil (exact same brand and type) they said that there was nothing they could do but told me to contact the manufacturer...WTF! But it doesn't end there. I bought juice from them that fried a brand new coil in one night, there prices are outrageous AND the unsightly looking, overweight white guy that works there sleeps on the job all the time! This place is TOTAL SHIT and they will never steal from me again because I'm never going back! read more

0/5 STARS SHOP WILL LIE TO COVER UP DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS! I purchased two leaf buddi 510 thread battery chargers on Friday and was assured by the cashier that they would function without flaw. The heating element in the batteries did not function at all and upon returning them to the store the very next day, the cashier tested them with his own cartridge and came to the same conclusion. Fairfax Cigar N Vape still declined to exchange the product or refund the transaction. I would recommend that all customers avoid this business. PLEASE READ! THIEVES!! DO NOT GO HERE! Being in the sales industry, it's hard when you have google or yelp. People are more motivated to write something negative about a bad experience then they would be to right about a good experience. I understand that, which is why I don't waste my time with reviews. I would really have to have a TERRIBLE experience in order to be motivated to write about it online. That time has arrived! I have been coming here and spending a lot of money here because it is the closest Vape shop to my house. I went there last week, and being pretty new to coil's and what not, I showed the front desk guy (who was clearly stoned out of his mind,) my machine. I did not know which coil I needed to personally put in this machine so I asked him assuming he would know. He gave me a pack of coils that I ended up spending over $30 on. When I got to work, I saw that the coil size was not one that was made for my machine. I called the shop-no answer. I continued to blow the phone up until the "stoned guy" finally answered. I explained that he gave me the wrong coils-his response was "we don't accept returns or exchanges." Umm what?? I explained to him that he gave me the wrong product and I just spent over $30 for something that was his mistake. His response-"we don't accept returns or exchanges." I told him I wanted to speak to his manager, and he told me he was the manager. I told him I need to speak to the owner, and he tells me I can't disclose of his information but I'll call him for you and see what he says. He calls me back about five minutes later and says "the owner Sean told me to tell you we don't accept returns or exchanges." Can anyone say Groundhog Day? Long story short I'm pretty furious. Rarely do I see business conducted this bad. Zero customer service, no offered solution, just straight robbery. This store stole my money, and will steal yours too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wish I had read reviews on yelp prior to going there. My incident is like of many others who have posted here. I can not believe how they are still in business. So, I got a busted battery too today. It worked good for about 15 minutes but then has stopped working and doesn't even recharge. Extremely disappointed but I am hoping it gets resolved. I am hoping they exchange me for a new one but going by other people's review I am a little apprehensive. I will see how this goes tomorrow and update my review. If it is indeed like how others have reviewed then... well I will reserve my final review until tomorrow. So I did go today and like others' review they did not exchange. I asked to speak to their manager but even that couldn't be arranged. I mean literally I am bringing this the next day. Vape liquids I can still get that but no exchange for batteries?? - Dud. Unreal. I should have paid attention to their signs. They have to sell subpar products to have this kind of policy on Vape batteries. The guy who sold me didn't even have the battery in a box or a wrapper. Was a red flag right there. FOLKS GO TO AVAIL VAPORS for juice. Get your batteries and tanks ONLINE. Horrible service. Traveling and forgot my piece. Had to purchase a whole new setup $126.00. Explained to the clerk that I could only vape a 3 mg juice or it would make me sick. Talked about that for over 5 minutes while shopping the juice. He told me that he found a 3 mg juice in the flavor I was looking for, put it in my bag and rang me up. I got home and saw it was a 6 mg. Next day I took the juice back to the store unopened and receipt in hand. Explained to the new clerk what happened and he said no exchanges or refunds. Then ignored me the rest of the time I was in the store. Helped others that came in after me. Explained the 6 mg would make me sick and the clerk put it in my bag on purpose just to make the sale $14.00 for the juice. After that I just wanted to let the management know that the clerk put the wrong strength juice in my bag so others could be warned. The clerk said he was the only one there and continued to ignore me. Don't shop here, very rude and only out for a sale. Always check your merchandise here. Not recommend. Very unhappy. read more

I wish I could give this place NO stars! I went to this hideous place a few weeks ago to purchase a hookah and accessories. Worst mistake ever. The sales person in the store looked high and acted like he really didn't want to serve me. Not sure why some rated this place as having great customer service...well unfortunately that wasn't my experience. Secondly, I noticed a few days after my purchase that one of the Starbuzz's I purchased expired in 2014!! Yup, it's now 2017 and they sold me a product that expired 3 years ago. I went back to the store thinking that surely I could exchange my Starbuzz for a non-expired one. Nope...a different guy who wasn't there the first time I came (this one wasn't high but looked about 16!!), called the store manager over the phone and the manager said that since Starbuzz is tightly sealed it is okay as is. What kind of place is this? I spent $12 on this crap (not to mention I spent a little over $100 total in this place) and am left with an old product that gives me a headache when I smoke it. Well I will take my business elsewhere and will NEVER shop here again. There are plenty of other place to go for better service and prices. I bought a E-cigarette for close to 90 dollars. After 3-4 uses the variable power switch broke. I went back to the store and was told that there were no refunds or exchanges. The reason given was that they buy the equipment from China and that there was not a way for them to get reimbursed for defective merchandise. Went in here after seeing it several times. Bright clean store selling loose tobacco, vape and juices, and hookahs! A little expensive but comparable to other vape shops in the area. Updated stock that is well organized. Will be back again for immediate items I need for my vape. read more

If you want to buy a vape pen that works for less than a week and costs $30.00, buy it from here. If you want to buy a vape pen, then be told 5 days later with minimal use that they will not exchange or return their sub-par item, this is your place. I purchased my pen on weds, and called Monday as it was no longer working. The employee that answered the phone sounded like he just walked off the set of Fast Times at Ridgemont High. When I told him my issue, he said he'd take my info and call the owner, then call me back. fast forward 5 hours, no call back. So I call back. Jeff Spicoli realizes his error and said he couldn't get a hold of the owner, and that I have to call back tomorrow. So I call back tomorrow. Now Jeff Spicoli doesn't remember our conversation until I remind him, at which point he says he will call the owner again. About 10 minutes later, Jeff Spicoli returns my call, stating the owner refuses to do anything for me. I remind him I've only had this item a few days, costs 30.00 bucks, and this is crazy. He tells me it's not their problem and to essentially pound sand. Needless to say I will let everyone I meet that inquires about a local shop to avoid this place like the plague. I'm heavily involved at GMU so I have plenty of opportunity to send their business elsewhere. I'm also going to leave my review on every site I can find.
