First off, I live in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I heard about this place from David's Cigars in Rancho. I came here during a visit to my moms in Summerlin. I was so surprised , in a good way, about this cigar lovers version of Willie Wonkaville. The friendly and professional service provided by the staff (mostly women) was a blessing. The selections and pricing was just incredible Compared to most cigar places. I was like a kid at the candy store. I bought 30 cigars for the price of 10 top tier cigars at a California store. Boy, was I surprised! first in there is a Smoking Area then you walk into the actual Retail area and when I say if you want Cigar Accessories well, they have it. Cigar warehouse is off the Tropicana right by orleans. Lots of parking and easy to find, they have a large smoking lounge where you can smoke the cigars you buy and a large humidifier room with a very large selection of Cigars with knowledgeable staff that are friendly. I was able to get a 5 cigar sampler of plasencias. The next time i visit, I'll hopefully have the ones i like nailed and purchase a box. read more

So , I went into the store today to purchase cigars for my son as part of his Christmas presents . The store looks nice and they have a lounge when you first walk in . A lady asked to assist me and when I told her what I was looking for she said she was new and had to ask someone if they carried them . A young Asian man was helping two guys and she asked him . Well , he giggled and smiled and said no . Not very professional , especially in front of two other customers ! I was pissed and started to leave and an older gentleman asked to help me and said he could show me something like I was looking for , but by then I was out the door . I work at a 5 Diamond Hotel as a Bellman and I am asked for references about places all the time . Do you think I would send one of my guest to this place .
