Open pretty late. They have a vast selection of cigars, limited seating and a few tvs. No alcoholic beverages served here. But they do have non alcoholic beverages and snacks - think chips etc. read more

I've been going to Helio's in Riverside for a good while, so needless to say I was very excited when I learned a new location was going to be opened in Sin City. How does it measure up to the original? Let's find out! The first thing that hits you is the blast of cool air once you walk inside. The ventilation is also kicking to the max so the folks who aren't used to cigar smoke won't be overwhelmed. The interior had an industrial look to it but is pretty wide open with large glass windows running from the front down to the right side which made for a well lit space. There are two bathrooms, plenty of seating and three TVs conveniently located around the lounge. The humidor is a thing of beauty. A nice, large walk-in space with hundreds of sticks for every taste. The table in the middle is where you'll find the featured brand at the time. Regardless if it's the owner, Amit, or Jesse you can expect excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Whether you're new to the game or not, they'll work with you and learn about what you like or dislike and they absolutely will not push you towards the more expensive stuff. Helio's is a no pressure buying experience so if you just want to ask questions, then great! They also has a ton of accessories (lighters, cutters, ashtrays etc.) and even pipe tobacco if that's what you're looking for. I'm slightly biased since I'm a customer for life, whether it's here or the Riverside lounge but check this place out if you're interested in cigars. While visiting Las Vegas last weekend I discovered Helios cigar lounge. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the owner Amit with a smile and firm hand shake. After a brief introductions he assisted me and indemnified some of his customers favorites and his elite cigars. His prices were very reasonable and I tried for the first time a Cromagnon cigar. The aroma is nice and it was soothing to smoke. Since I was celebrating my 61 birthday I purchased a box of Cromagnon's and a box of Son's Periel ( blue band). The ambiance and fellowship was outstanding. Can't wait until my next trip with the fellas so we can all visit his lounge. Helios is a touch of class. I live on the Southwest side of town, and until recently had to drive to Summerlin or the Strip to find a relaxing sit down lounge with a strong selection of the cigars I smoke. Took a chance on this place about three months ago, and I'm glad I did. The ownership and staff are very hospitable and knowledgeable and it's also open later than most cigar shops/lounges around town which is great for people that work unusual hours. They also show NFL and Golden Knights games here so it's easy to get your sports fix over here as well. read more

If you're thinking about going, stop thinking and just GO, NOW! Unfortunately you cannot bring your own cigars and you'll pay almost double the price compared to what you'll pay at Cigar Warehouse.
