I like this place and i always buy my smokes there. The owner has always been a professional to me and i havent had a problem until these last two visits. When i got there he was leaving town so i figured I wouldn't keep him and asked one of the girls to help me. I told her i wanted to see there nektar collectors and asked for something durable. She showed me a few glass pieces with titanium tip and asked for anything more durable like teflon or plastic. She must have been knew cause she really couldnt help me. Anyway i ended up buying the glass/titanium collector and i took it home and put it together. As soon as i pressed the keck clip into place the glass crack where the titanium and glass join together making my $35 collector useless. So i go back the next day (today) and i told her what happened and she said "thats your fault" when i told her what happened. I laughed at her cause this is her first week in the glass business and just yesterday she couldn't tell teflon from titanium but shes gonna assume she knows the glass broke because i pressed a clip onto a collector wrong when ive had many and never had one just break like it did. Anyway i bought a smaller $25 glass/titanium setup and i kid you not the first time i heated the titanium tip i heard and felt the glass cracking as it cooled! So here i am $60 outta pocket without a single puff of wax in my lungs... Im kinda bummed and hope the owner gets back before they lose all his business. Unbelievably disappointed. I have been coming here for a while. I asked the owner to order a part that he didn't carry and I told him I was going to buy an addition piece (that I didn't really want) for the in between time of when my order came in. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days and he would call me. 3 weeks , 5 calls, and 2 more visits later, nothing. I have spoken with every employee/owner there. They all say that someone else was looking and couldn't find it. I went to another shop ANF the found it in 30 seconds. Cigarette depot doesn't care about the next sale, they just want your money now. If you are only buying smokes and you don't care if the cashier will talk to you, or waiting 4 or 5 minutes for him toput is phone down to ring you up, then this place is fine for you... as for me, I won't ever be back which sucks because it's literally across the street from me! read more

Since the change in ownership a few years back I have loved coming to this place. They are a fairly large shop and carry EVERYTHING! Also the 3 for 10 deal here on the butane is too good. Went in there to buy cigars, opened the box and found out it was infested with bugs. When I went back they didn't attempt to make it right by giving us a new pack or upgrading the cigars. They wanted to give us a $2 discount on another box. Very disappointed and not customer service oriented. Owner tried to give a discount on another box of cigars instead of comping it. There was another customer that agreed that a discount wasn't right since we had to go back to the shop and complain. ***This is not a fake story, wouldn't even try to make the customer happy!!!!! *** read more

Absolutely the worst shop in the city. Save your time and find a better shop. This place smells and they are probably the rudest people ever. Idk how people can talk to their customers with such disrespect. I walked in for some products and found mold growing inside it and couldn't get a refund because I opened the package. How else was I supposed to know it was contaminated. I kindly asked for my money back and he quickly raised his voice and walked away from me. I went there a couple times, when they first open and last week. They have a lot more cigars I liked compares to previous owner. However, they are not very helpful and the prices iare extremely high compares to online price. I understand buying retail will be more but not twice more. The owner doesn't seem to be happy about my price complaint and gave me an attitude. This will be my last visit. read more

I used to always go to this place until over the last two weeks they got somebody new....they had no idea about vapes... The one bought I haven't even had a week and it burns way over the amount it should.. I can't use it ...it just burns.. also they had me test it in the store before I left and the guy didn't know what he was doing he was pouring MY vape juice all over the battery and then when he was supposed to replace it with his ....I barely got any back. The vape worked the first 3 days and I went to go for juice and it was sour gummy worms. The guy didn't even tell me it was menthol ...I hate menthol. I have to find another place now :/ read more

The cigar selection here is not the greatest and prices are extremely inflated. When I stopped by on this particular day they had a 10% discount which still did not bring prices to market value or a reasonable price point. They are definitely price gouging here. Beware! read more

This smoke shop is super clean and organized especially after the new owner took place I believe his name is Raffik. He has large selection of glass pipes, vapes and cigars and his prices are really cheap. It's my favorite smoke shop in corona and riverside area no one has beat his prices I would really recommend going there especially he know his product really will he recommend the right stuff for customers. New owner is very friendly shop clean and organized they got everything great prices I definitely recommend this smoke shop...

It was my first time visiting this shop, which is right next to my apartment complex. Upon walking in, the man behind the counter (I assume the owner or one of the owners) was yelling hysterically on his cellphone while helping a customer. Not sure if he was angry or not (since he was speaking in his native language), but he definitely had the tone of anger & his facial & physical expressions showed it. Worst of all, I had asked about several vape mods I was curious about. He offered me decent prices for the mods but when I had asked about one of them (the name & brand), he had said that he didn't know which brand it was & didn't really seem to care to check. As a customer, you expect any salesman would know all his items like the back of his hand. Especially if he wants a quick sale. While I agree that the store is clean & organized, I would much rather go to vape shops further out within Corona & Riverside, where I've had much better experience & have been treated more like gold. And with owners that are better at keeping their cool. Looks like I won't be returning to this shop anytime soon. read more
