Instead of answering a simple question, the person on the phone immediately started interrogating me about who I was, why I was calling, and asking for my name in a very rude and disrespectful tone. I was literally just trying to see if they had something in stock before driving over. Completely unnecessary attitude and terrible customer service. If this is how they treat potential customers over the phone, I can't imagine the experience in person. Definitely won't be giving this place my business nor recommend coming here whatsoever.

Finding this company and finding them having what is usually an all day, out of the way planned event, is a major relief on me( as a caregiver) and her.
