TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We will never use this florist again! We placed an order for an arrangement for my mom's 75th birthday. We were visiting from Southern California, and called the florist on 7/26 to place an order. We provided our credit card information for a charge of $95.66. We were promised that the flowers would be ready on 7/27 at 3:30 pm for pickup. We arrived at that time and was met with the RUDEST woman named Maria. They had NO RECORD of our order, and insinuated that we never placed it. I then pulled up my credit card information and showed her that there was a charge of $95.66 from LUCYS FLORAL. She then proceeded to take another 30 minutes "looking for proof" with a rude nasty attitude! She never even apologized for making the mistake!! Additionally, once we got in the car, we noticed the flowers were already aging and were sitting in a plastic holder instead of a vase. I've used this florist before as I send my Mom flowers for various occasions and I am in a different city than her. Most of the time I don't really care that the arrangement matches a photo on their site, but in this case, the arrangement was picked by my daughter for its pretty peach and purple colors. The arrangement delivered is NOTHING like the picture. Why have pictures of you aren't going to at least try to stay in the range of the picture. You should just offer florist choice for online orders. Not a single rose in this arrangement and instead filled with stargazer lilys. Super frustrated and at over $100 not even the same pretty lavender vase. So disappointing. The flowers look fresh and they delivered (tried to- she wasn't home) on time. Hence three stars for at least that. But seriously take off the photos if the real arrangement will look nothing like the one ordered. read more

First time was told to come back because the person who handles orders was out and second time the guy couldn't find the booklet to show me example's of what they could make. We appreciate that they were able to deliver same day, but the flowers that we ordered were not the same ones from the picture, on top of that its like they chose the oldest flowers because they didn't even last a day, when we called them to notify them of the issue the owner was rude and basically said the only thing they can do is replace them with a dozen roses, eventhough it was an arrangement of more than just a dozen roses, keep in mind ALL the flowers were dead. She tried to blame the heat but these flowers were inside a building with a/c and the other arrangement that was delivered along side to this arrangement from another company is still thriving, should of saved my money and went to the other company instead, made this experience sour.
