I have received 3 arrangements from this florist. First one for our anniversary and they delivered someone else arrangement for a funeral or sympathy arrangement in all white. Not romantic but so grateful to my hubby for the thought. Then they sent an arrangement for my birthday and gave a credit for the first in addition to my hubby paying a bit extra. They died on arrival. Literally were wilting when I brought them in my office. Third strike is for our anniversary again and I only received half an arrangement, no pink roses, one carnation instead of carnations, no pitta negra or spiral eucalyptus. It looks like a crooked funeral spray. Super grateful to my love for the thought but the value of what is ordered versus what is received, he's being robbed. read more

My wife received an arrangement today fro J & S Flowers as a Birthday gift order placed via Tele floral from a family member. The arrangement received was not the same as ordered and the flowers started falling off of the stems within the first couple of hours. It appears this was in a display case and not freshly assembled. Very disappointing to say the least. read more

Had a very funny idea for a friend. It was imperative that the card was delivered with the flowers. They lost the card and instead of calling me, they delivered it sans card. Came back later with the card-and a sorry bouquet. Never once was I notified of any of this by J &S but the recipient called and told me everything. Quality flowers and gorgeous arrangements. There is one reason why they are not getting a 5-star rating: they treat customers like you can't afford them. I'm not sure if it's based on people's looks, or the fact that the shop is situated in a lower income area. We must have been told "that is expensive" and "they're expensive" at least four times total. When it comes to a gift for my mother, price does not matter. My brother had to finally tell her that. Only after that, did I feel like we were treated right. Don't look down your nose at customers. We could have easily taken our money somewhere else, but we ended up purchasing there because we were short on time. Like I mentioned, beautiful arrangement, so come here for quality. read more

I gave one star because it's the only option to be able to write a review. I ordered & paid for a WRISTLET and BOUTONNIERE. When they were brought home I couldn't tell which one was which except that the wristlet had a band on it. They both had ONE rose that was the size of a two week old flower, and a few baby's breath. I don't think this place has much experience with these items so if that's what your looking for it's definitely it the place to go. Total disappointment and waste of $40. read more
