Nice layout: when you walk in, a full bar is on the left with various seating options; open space with large comfortable seating in the middle to accommodate large groups to smoke cigars. The daily specials are displayed on a chalkboard including cigar and alcohol pairings. TVs surround all seating spaces with sports options playing. The cigars are towards the back with a generous offering of cigars for every budget. Austin demonstrates a tremendous amount of relevant knowledge. He is professional, thorough, and approachable. What a fun place in Conroe! Let's start with the Cigars. They have a very nice cigar room with a very nice collection, and at pretty reasonable prices. Yes, some of the cigars have profit built in, but that happens. You are welcome to peruse the collection, and there were several people on hand to assist. Do not be afraid if you are a newbie, go up to the counter and tell them what you are interested in, how long you plan to be there/ smoke the cigar, and things you may wish for... sweet, mild, robust flavor, how much you want to pay, etc. They are very helpful. You can also go sit at the bar. This place specializes in pairings. The bartender will help you choose a cigar to accompany your drink... and they have some selections already put together. I highly recommend this option! You can then go sit elsewhere after you have paid. The drinks are pricey. You might want to pay attention. I went here with a couple of my friends and I love the atmosphere love the settings great Customer service. . The only thing is I do not get a chance to try the food.. if you wanna place to come chill with your girlfriends friends or you just need to get away and relax, I recommend. I have been here several times, once before the actual grand opening, grand opening day & three times since then. Everything is always neat & in order when we go. I have noticed that they have more smoking pipe supplies, which has intrigued me to purchase. The usual cigar special seems to be buy 5, get 1 free. They will also have other in-store specials and you will also get emails if you sign up online. The only issue that I have is that the drink prices are solid. I have paid different prices for the same drinks and there was no happy hour. I LOVE their smoky old fashioned. I usually ask them to leave my drink in the humidor box to reach more of the smoky essence. The manager Joey is awesome! He is always friendly, helpful & informative. They're open before their official opening date. I've been there 3 times already and this visit was probably my last. I was hoping so much that they'd be a fun enjoyable time since this area is lacking options for cigar bars. Disappointed with the service. Ordered 3 double tall drinks. Service was terrible. Drinks made incorrectly and I had to wait 20 min before walking back inside to have the other bar tender make the drink correctly, by this time my cigar was already done. Would have been nice to have the drink with the cigar (entire point I went there). No apologies from my server, was ignored the rest of the time. I usually tip 25-30% at this establishment, this time it was a $0 tip deserved. Nothing like having to down a $20+ drink real quick before leaving since it was ordered half way through a cigar. I'll most likely switch back to the other cigar bar in town, service is always on point. Sucks because I order tons of $$ worth of cigars online from their website and have spent $$ in their onsite location humidor. Visited the store this evening, left totally frustrated. I generally spend a few hundred dollars on cigars every two to three weeks. Tonight no one in the humidor would wait on me. One employee was busy talking to his girlfriend while the other employe was busy with his phone. Needless to say, I won't be back.
