My sister made a115$ order from Cigar Internationals on NOVEMBER 30th off their website and got the email saying on its way 12/5/17 at 6:53PM Tracking # 1ZEW9678YW15349945 Confirmation# CI020542292 Item = The Chosen One V Sample x 1 and CISOCKS-1001 and Order # 1005588844 The tracking said delivered Thursday, 12/07/2017 at 7:04 A.M. it wasn't, I called CI and talked to a lady named Holly and she said UPS and USPS told CI of massive delays and she promised if the package (2lb package of 35 cigars and socks) didnt arrive by December 7 at night by 9PM she would overnight us a duplicate order. I waited until December 8th nighttime and called back CI. She did not connect when i called back CI and all they offered was to open a 3-5 day claim, CI is a company full of unprofessional liars and have just lost a lifetime customer. Do NOT ever buy from these guys , i will never visit their website again. Cigarinternationals.com and the people who run it have no idea what theyre doing. Criminals who steal your money. This review is based on my personal experience with a 200$ order from CI February 16 2020. The majority of the cigars I received are fake without a doubt. I only smoked very little from about 5 cigars. I've smoked cohibas , macanudos , monticristos , nubs , etc all my life for over 15 yrs amongst even higher end cigars . The order I received had a bunch of counterfeit cigars branded as high end cigars. 1 of the nubs tasted like ammonia and I got dizzy after about 6 puffs I contacted ci via in account messaging and didn't get response for return I will never order from them again Out of about 50 cigars, I tried 7 and gave up , figuring if some were bad it's ok as maybe quality control lacked giving CI the benefit of the doubt Some were good out of the 50 maybe 5 were good and real brand. It's a shame that when your needing help in a particular area that is not your forte you have eyes rolled up in the back of their head from the manager. He was irritated and short with my questions and when I asked him about the different varieties he gave me a look and handed me a price list. It was clear that he did not want to "waste time" on me or the money I was willing to spend on a high end box of cigars for my husband. I did not feel like a customer but a hassle. So I went to the competitor and spent my hard earned money there where I felt it's a whole lot more then just taking my money. My time there was very educational. So I ordered 65 cigars on July 4th. The site says due to COVID shipping times may be delayed. Cool. Well it took 10 days for them to "process" under half of my order and ship. Shipping took 3 days. It's not UPS fault for taking so long. I still am waiting for the other half of my order two weeks later and it says those cigars will ship once they are available. It didnt say backorder or anything when I ordered and blaming slow shipping times on the carriers is BS. I've ordered a few orders of cigars from other retailers in these two weeks and all made it well under a week. Beware! Your credit/debit card information is not safe with this company. I used this company 2 years ago to buy a gift for a relative. I gave them our debit card number to pay for this gift. Since then, this company has charged our card 4 times, about every 4-6 months for the past 2 years. I have been told every time that it was an accident and that our card information was permanently deleted from their records. They have caused us hundreds of dollars in bank fees and diminished our standing with our bank by causing multiple over-draft charges. read more
