They seem to completely ignore design requests and just try to push whatever generic option they can charge the most for. Communication is literally non-existent. Their welcome email is warm and bubbly, and promises that they will "work on the design" until the customer is happy. Instead you wait weeks for a reply, and they completely ignore your design request. To summarize: if you want to wait months to get absolutely nothing then they are for you. read more

Very poor service when it came to completing what was asked and service requested. Their first attempt was completely the wrong color and they didn't include the frame that matched the existing sign. The best part is they sent a tech to the location to make sure they got a "visual" of the other signs on the building they would be matching. Attempt # 2 was much better when it came to the color matching however no frame again. I was then told it wasn't included after discussing it from day 1 and then after the first sign was messed up. I wouldn't recommend them and plan to discourage anyone from doing so as well. read more

I needed copies of stickers and the person at the first place I went said they could not do it but suggested Cimico. Best recommendation ever! I emailed with Robert and sent photos of the stickers. I was worried about how the stickers would look since it was from photos, but they looked perfect and they were ready before the estimated completion date. I brought my newest truck here to get my company decals and logo installed because the previous company that used to do it for me to all my other trucks they were a month out on appointments so I got a quote for $901 from cimico and they had availability in the next week and I needed done asap they asked me to get my file from my previous auto wrap company so I did they installed the decals and 5 months later started to come off or chip off I called them and sent a pic and they said that their high quality doesn't come off just like that that I needed to contact my car wash because they damage it I told them I wasn't going to because I wash all my trucks with 2 years and up decals on , once a week at the same place and none of them have a single damage like the high quality they installed and told the girl that sent me the emaiI that was gonna write a review about this matter because that wasn't ok not to stand behind your work . After I said that owner contacted me saying basically same thing and why write a review and hurt his business I explained to him that my intention is not to hurt this business because I understand small business I come from there , but is important for other people to know that you only Stan behind your work for 30 days also understand my point I'm not paying 900 for something that will start To show damage in 5 months when I have decals on my other trucks that are up to 3 years old still looking like new for the same money . I recently purchased some pop-up banners from Cimico for a tradeshow, as they offered the best price in the area. I had the designs ready to go, so I just had to email it over to them and they sent an approval file shortly after. Within about a week, the banners were printed and ready to go. I didn't check them when I picked it up, but we noticed there was a fairly large dent in the middle of one of the banner stands the next morning when we opened them up.
