Dropped off a 2 embroidered sweaters that needed one letter altered. The sweaters were there 2 weeks before we checked on them. When we called, they said "Oh I forget to ask my embroiderer, I'll give it to her when I see her". We call a week later to get a status update. This time they say, "oh our embroider is on vacation, she hasn't started them". Needless to say we picked them up without the alterations being done over a 3 week time period. I came here with a special request - I wanted to get custom sweatshirts for my child's godparents without knowing the gender of my baby yet.
