Dropped off a 2 embroidered sweaters that needed one letter altered. The sweaters were there 2 weeks before we checked on them. When we called, they said "Oh I forget to ask my embroiderer, I'll give it to her when I see her". We call a week later to get a status update. This time they say, "oh our embroider is on vacation, she hasn't started them". Needless to say we picked them up without the alterations being done over a 3 week time period. I wanted to write this thankful review for this local company. I was at my wits end trying to find a company within 50 miles of my area who would be able to do a simple name embroidery for a baby blanket. This was a last minute request as I found out my best friend's baby will be coming out sooner than expected and that the baby might not make it.
