I wanted to represent and decided on decals. I called JC Graphics and Anna answered. The journey began. I expressed all the things the bike represents in my life. She was attentive, kind, professional, patient taking in every word. She worked with the graphic designer and their creative thinking along with their ability to bring thoughts to "life," was reflected in the final product. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.
